Great service provided by the Emmiera…
Great service provided by the Emmiera group. We had a broken sofa delivered from oak furniture land, and the guy was here nice and early, fixed it in around 30 mins, after thinking it wouldn’t be doable. Really great service thanks guys.

Quick service
The appointment was quick and easy to make. I contacted them and they came the following day. The service was outstanding and the repair man obviously knew his job, he did a lovely job fixing my stained table and now its back looking like new.

This company is the worst ever I deal…
This company is the worst ever I ever dealt with. Booked for independent inspection dispute with and paid £85 . He was very rude and unprofessional has no skills of communication he was really bad. Form entering my house and leaving all take 7 minute did not give me time to explain and the worst part making issues as normal or with intolerance recliner knocking?
Issues I have with my sofa i bought brand new from DFS this is another very bad company :-
1) knocking nose when operating recliner plus baggy leather
2) three places leather damaged
I do belive thier independent technician some how have connections with DFS as he is saying exactly like what DFS saying not manufacture issues.
How this not manufacture issues knocking nose when operating recliner and three places leathers damaged.
Please don't ues this company for any technicians report or fixing they rob me for £85 for 7 minutes visit and did not explain any issues with me and did not give time too, as 7 minutes visit, how come to inspect 7 minutes to full inspect and give his opinion to costomer??.
Emmiera Group are rubbuy company i pay them and thier independent technician saying exactly DFS Claiming he knows DFS for sure and this report is not independent making issues with intolerance or normal
Unfortunately I booked them with out seeing reviews from Emmiera Group this company had alot of bad reviews

Exceptional Service
A young chap arrived yesterday to fit a bolt to a chair and fix the sofa which was misaligned due to it not having been put together properly by the supplier, Poltronesofas, Dundee. I have to say he was exceptionally polite, well mannered and clearly knowledgeable and he also advised on keeping the furniture pile looking clean & fresh. All in all outstanding service the likes of which I’ve not experienced in quite some while.
