He called when he was 15 minutes out and arrived completed the job and was a nice polite gentleman and happy to chat which was lovely. A great job and left everything clean and tidy and even wore foot covers

Fabulous service
Tom came to assess/fix a couple of small problems with my new bed after delivery guys had assembled it. I found Tom to be a very honest & easy-going guy, who agreed with me that the delivery men ought to have taken a bit more time & patience to properly install the much-anticipated new bed.

Excellent Service and Repair
Appointment time slot arranged quickly and arrived well within the slot made. Technician explained the problem with our mattress and could repair it there and then. Very polite and friendly. Arrived on time & was a very professional & friendly man who took the time to explain why I was experiencing the sagging &!how that could be resolved.
Also showed me the inner part of my sofa & how the springs needed ties which he put on, how the wooden structure was sound & it was the natural sinking of the foam cushions that was making it sag a bit & that he would ask Sofology if they were able to replace the foam inserts.
