Stayed at Arrive apartments in Baltimore via Envitae and we were so very impressed. Not only was the apartment beyond our expectations, but communication was always available and immediate. Couldn’t be happier and will stay again soon.

Envitae is not even worthy of a 1 star rating. We rented a condo in Charlotte for 3 nights and they did not show up to clean the unit until the last day we were there. The replacement sheets and towels were wet and folded in the linen closet. I was in constant communication with them and they offered no alternative accommodations and refused to refund a dime. Unbelievable.

This company uses AI technology and conceals room sensors to monitor air density for smoke and noise levels. You will be under constant surveillance. We needed a quick place in Detroit to attend a funeral/celebration of life in Detroit. We booked 2 nights because of what we thought was an ideal location. After receiving the check in and parking instructions containing more than 1,000 words we studied up and thought we were prep'd to check in. We declined the multiple messages to check in early for an extra $89 and arrived at 5pm. As we arrived- in heavy traffic- the only choice we had was to double park and then venture into a dingy, smelly alley to find and unlock a key box. The box was empty. What followed was a frantic text exchange of at least 30 messages to a generic 888 number to locate the keys. We were required to take a picture of the empty box and send it via email to verify that it was indeed empty. It turns out that the apartment was dirty and the management company was sending the local agent over to clean it up. The local agent told me that he had no notice that the apartment was rented. The management company stated that there was a team emergency which was a lie. We finally got into the apartment 2 hours later- missing our event with family. The prepaid parking pass we ordered did not work in the designated deck and we had to dispute the charges with the cc company. On the inside, we found bent vertical blinds on windows, broken trim stashed in drawers, dirty floors, marked up doors, half used full sized bottles of shampoo/body wash and the most dirty, dust encrusted air vent I've ever seen. I cannot recommend this place due to the way they treat their guests and a complete lack of oversight of local staff by the management company.

We booked an Envitae apartment in Chicago through Airbnb. When we arrived, the building refused to permit us entry and called the police.

It was very tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. We had a couple of minor problems but the woman who helped us at the end of our visit (Kelsey) was extremely competent and assured us they would be corrected. I would give it 4 stars and recommend it to others. This was my first time at a bnb.

Don’t ever stay with this company. We stayed 7 nights. Entire Building under renovations. Sawdust everwhere. We had 2 days of water outages from 9 am to 4 pm. The pool was temporarily closed. The apartment was dirty and smelled when we arrived . It took 2 days for cleaner to arrive. I sent photos of everything. The did refund
Cleaning fees and let me check out at 2 pm. But otherwise no compensation whatsoever for paying Luxury prices and getting backpackers lodgings.

The apartment I stayed at could not have been situated in a better location. City and sea views from the balcony. Great restaurants and sights within walking distance.

The apartment was also impeccably clean. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and helpful.

Clean, spacious and fantastic amenities. I stayed in the Salt Lake City apartment and was surprised at how neat and clean the apartment was. I really enjoyed my stay! What made it even better was having access to a gym - this made my travels 10x easier. The apartment comes with a lovely balcony and a wonderful common area.

Don’t ever rent from these people. The Airbnb smelled and didn’t looked like it was even cleaned before our arrival. Asked for compensation and they refused.

This stay was amazing! Me and a few of my cousins stayed here for my birthday weekend this past weekend. It was so clean, spacious and in a great neighborhood! It was only 5 minutes from downtown, but there is so much to do in the area its already located in. Jim was quick to respond with any questions we had! I definitely recommend this stay will definitely book again! Thanks again Jim!

THIS APARTMENT AND STAY WERE PERFECT. My husband and I are experienced travelers. He stays in many 5-star resorts with work, we rent from VRBO and airbnb with our family often as well. This was a perfect experience from start to finish. I booked through Marriot Bonvoy and was greeted instantly by the Envitae Concierge team. They answered all of my questions and set me up with private parking for my stay. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by one of the staff (Nicole) who communicated with me throughout to be sure she would be there upon my arrival to Baltimore. She was wonderful, approachable and not overbearing, very easy to work with! She let us in, made sure we were comfortable and it was an easy exchange!
THE APARTMENT WAS FLAWLESS! It totally exceeded our expectations. My husband, who is very difficult to dazzle, was blown away by the views and the set up of the place. This apartment had everything you could ever want and more. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was fully equipped. The climate control was also in perfect working order. Even with the windows, it was always perfectly cool! Add to that the absolutely stunning view of the harbor. It is a corner unit and the view wraps around! Wow.
I have to add that there is so much to do and see in this area of Baltimore. It is quaint with cobblestone paths and people walking about. We felt very safe. We were shocked how easy it was to get around even in a car! We found traffic to be non-existent! Not sure why, but it was great! However, you do not need a car. There is a Whole Foods a block away and everything you could need within walking. I ran every morning along the harbor walk and my husband trekked to historical Fort McHenry. The gym in the complex was very well-equipped! A yoga/lifting private room with a TV, several Pelotons, 2 Techbikes, weights, machines, treadmills, benches..great setup! The rooftop pool had chaise lounges and was so peaceful and beautiful. The people in the building are professional and again, I felt very safe at all times. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL STAY! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and I would love to stay again.

Penthouse prices for residence inn quality (I like a residence inn, but when it’s commensurate with what you pay).
The good: communication was great, check in was smooth, location is good. And the views are worth a little extra - fantastic corner apt views of Chicago.

The bad: the building is very old, the apartment hasn’t been touched up in probably over a decade, everything in it is cheap and it’s sparse at that. The bathrooms are dingy. The mattresses have needed to be replaced for probably years. The lighting is horrible.

It’s fine. If we weren’t paying for a “luxury” apartment, I would be ok. It still wouldn’t wow me, but I would not have complained. But we are.

Would not recommend unless you’re spending closer to what the staring “pay from” amount is on the ad ($181 for our apt). Definitely not luxury as advertised.

Overall we were very pleased with the property. We did not utilize the parking so gaining access to the unit was super easy. The unit itself was very nice, views were great from all of the rooms. There was a very nice welcome for us, bottle of wine, chocolates and charcuterie items. There were a total of 6 of us and it still felt quite roomy. The location is perfect, we were within walking distance of most everything we wanted to do. Couple of negatives are the lack of glasses/plates/utensils, the 2nd bedroom shower was not draining and the cleaning crew did not clean the oven. I would suggest at least providing pump hand soap in the bathrooms as well as bathmats. Although we understand this is not a hotel, the lack of glasses etc. was a bit frustrating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to people looking for a place in Chicago!!

The apartment had beautiful views of Chicago from all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room and kitchen. The location was walking distance to navy pier, river walk, and millennium park.

My wife and I stayed in a 2br/2ba unit in Chicago with two friends and it was the perfect "home" for our trip. It was clean, spacious, convenient, and had all the essentials for our long weekend. We felt that we paid a premium, but it was certainly worth it for a comfortable place during our visit.

We stayed in the 3BD/2.5BA Eclectic Apartment in Chicago. It was very spacious and the views were fantastic! It's up on the 35th floor, but we rarely had to wait for elevators or pass on them because they were full. The Envitae staff were great to work with - very quick responses via text. We chose to pay for parking ($69/night), which was steep, but we wanted the in and out privileges and the ease of having parking on-site. You do have to meet the Envitae representative on the street before you enter the property to get the parking pass, but it wasn't a hassle (just good to know about beforehand). They walked us through the apartment upon arrival and showed us how things worked. Overall, I liked the space. Decorations were a bit more sparse than the pictures, but as a corner unit, you get some lovely partial views of the river and lake in between all the high rises. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well during hot and humid August. Good location - 15 to 20 minute walk will get you to Navy Pier and a ton of smaller restaurants in towards downtown. Carpeting in the bedrooms was was worn and stained, laundry area ceiling was stained and saggy, and there were scratches on the hardwood floors, so those areas could use work. Also, there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom in the master (which is uncomfortable for me even after 20+ years of marriage ;-). But there is a half bath down the hall and the 2nd master bedroom also has a door to its bathroom. We used the fitness room while there, but our key fobs didn't work to the pool when we tried them later in our stay (and then didn't work to the fitness room, so it was something with the fobs). Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
