Was a awesome place walking distance to everything Manger answered any questions right away

All aspects of the rental were easy. Unit 1503 was fantastic. No complaints.

We stayed in this unit in Aug.2021. We had good and bad vibes. I'm from Chicago, moved to the suburbs, but still work in Streeterville. So I have a very good understanding of this location, which is great.

However, we had some problems with the unit and the host was not responsive. Here is the note that I sent my host from Envitae. (still have not heard back after 3 days)... We just got home from our tip and I wanted to write you about some the disappointments we had with the condo rental. First, we rented this place based on the pool as we had several kids. The pool was closed the entire weekend, though this is not your fault, it is your responsibility to provide us what you advertise. The parking garage was a hassle as the management company did not have us down for parking. Made for an inconvenience as we were forced to go to the beach with pool being closed and had all the beach items.

The other issue we had was that the apartment was not as clean as I would have liked. One bedroom wasn’t made and the bed was in shambles, the furniture was dusty, the air vents are disgusting and the chairs in the living room and dining room are stained. Lastly, there was hair in community bathroom sink next to the unmade bedroom. I feel this level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

I would also like to point out that this is not a true penthouse, as you advertised. It is the 37th floor and there are 40 floors in the building. But it is still high up and offer nice views.

The location of the condo is outstanding and the size of it is perfect for a large family or a few families traveling together. We enjoyed that part too.

The security guard and the building management folks were wonderful and accommodating. Unlike our host owner.

We would think about staying here again, but not at that cost.

Such an amazing place. Location was perfect. We could walk to everything. The building was awesome with great amenities and the views were amazing. The staff was super responsive and always helped when necessary. We needed to extend and they made it painless. So great.

Stayed in One of their Baltimore Property via AirBNB. Pictures cannot justify how lovely this place is! This place will provide everything you will need and more! Their team are on point with their customer service, location is close to everything! Your view is to die for. Thank you for accommodating us even with last minute notice. You guys are great!

Everything was very organized and professional, communication was amazing and they always responded quickly! The location was safe and clean and beautiful as well!

We loved our Airbnb stay in Baltimore, MD. Spacious, super clean and our host was excellent and always was available if we had any questions. Our Airbnb was just minutes away from Baltimore’s greatest attractions such as the National Aquarium, Miss Shirley’s restaurant, museums and more. Excellent amenities. It was my first time staying at an apartment building and going through the motions of using key fobs and sensors but the instructions provided for our stay made it super efficient and simple to follow for my very first stay in Baltimore. The price was also very good for what was offered and great value overall! Brett is the best. Highly recommend them! - Rudy and Grace

Terrible, overpriced Airbnb company. Guests get handed eviction notices in all cities. The owner does not pay rent for his leased units. You will not get a refund for anything even if you are in the right. Some units are pretty old and run down but with great views, especially in Chicago. Book at your own risk, though. Hostile owner, will threaten with legal action if you question his decisions.
