I have been using ESET for over 25 years now and it has served me faultlessly.

It works. (saved me several times). Easy to renew subscription for someone who is not very tech savvy! I wish all my online interaction was as comfortable to use.

Mark & Jason are always so helpful & easy to talk to. Nothing is ever a bother.

I have never, ever had any problems with ESET. they are great.

I have had 2 other computer security companies and I have found your company causes least interference with my viewing. Also my computer man installed ESET when I bought a new laptop.

I trust that this software is doing it's job to keep me protected. I also like that I get a pop up when a new device has connected to my WIFI and that I can give that device a name. Once that is done, I can forget about it. Thank you Team ESET. Keep up the great work.
I have been a custome for a few years now.

ESET was recommended to me years ago by an IT specialist, I took the advice and never looked back. ESET is easy to use and is not intrusive like other software, and the times I have needed advise ESET are quick to reply and help. Renewal is easy too.

I trust ESET and have been using it for over 10 years.

My only issue is that the cost keeps increasing. The times we live in are really tough financially and yet everybody is increasing their prices (except the poor consumer who is trying to make ends meet). I think long standing customers should be rewarded with some form of loyalty.

I think ESET is great and if I’d been with them all along I probably would’ve be receiving all the spam emails that keep multiplying no matter how many times I block them. ESET are good with communication and if you have an issue they follow up until you’re satisfied. Would definitely recommend them.

I have been with eset nod for many years now and will not change to Norton etc. Very happy with its protection. My latest purchase is for 4 appliances. Easy to use especially to connect to computers each year.

I would like to point out that you are no longer the only option in the market; there are many competitors out there offering strong, and sometimes even better, features. Despite this, I have been a loyal user of your service for a long time.

However, I have one major concern: recently, you have significantly increased your prices, making your services much more expensive than they used to be and higher than most of your competitors. Frankly, if these high prices remain as they are, I will be forced to look for more budget-friendly alternatives among your competitors when my subscription is up for renewal. I hope you take this feedback into consideration for your long-term users.
