Ho iniziato ad acquistare su Etsy dal 2018, ci ho trovato oggetti di artigianato molto belli a prezzi convenienti e sempre estrema serietà e gentilezza da parte dei venditori sia esteri che italiani. Non avevo mai avuto problemi fino a quest'anno quando ho scoperto che ci sono venditori che affermano di avere negozi in un luogo ed invece "il pacco" ti arriva (se arriva!) dalla Cina o dall'India ed hanno recensioni probabilmente non veritiere. Dispiace per i venditori seri che sono su questo sito, ma una cosa è certa, non acquisterò mai più su Etsy!

It is not only a misguiding mistake, it is illigal and must be corrected.

Bellissima grafica veloce nelle modifiche e un buon impatto visivo... ottima la qualità dei clienti e buono il supporto venditori... un sito con politiche giuste e non restrittive complimenti continuate così e complimenti a chi lo ha creato.

poor experience they respect the seller they delete my account with no reason

Mi sono accorto solo dopo effettuato un acquisto che Iva ed eventuali spese doganali non erano comprese, colpa mia, ho contattato il servizio clienti e in poche ore l'ordine è stato cancellato.
Non posso che dire bene.

Ça fait deux fois que je commande sur Etsy et qu'il y a un problème.
Première commande, jamais arrivée et vendeur injoignable.
Heureusement j'ai pu avoir un remboursement.
Deuxième commande pour le même objet. Commande livrée mais pas à mon adresse. Je ne sais pas où est mon colis et, pour l'instant, le vendeur ne répond pas.
Je pense que le site ne prend pas assez d'informations sur ses vendeurs.
Troisième commande et toujours la même chose. Je suis un peu bête de continuer !!!!
Site à fuir.
Dommage pour les vendeurs qui sont honnêtes.

Ho ordinato 2 quadretti nascita personalizzati e devo dire che sono rimasta molto sosdisfata della tempestività con cui mi hanno seguito e la loro cordialità. Avevo cambiato idea sul mio ordine, ho scritto la mia richiesta ed in giro di 1 oretta mi hanno risposto con esito positivo.

Mixed feelings.
Recent spent about 2 hrs choosing something from etsy.
Finally chose the one I like best, and found one none of anything I was looking at could be delivered to the UK... I won't use websites that advertise in £, imply its from the UK, but at the last minute you find out you've just wasted your time.
Previously I've used Etsy and got some great things.
eBay have recently started forcing products down your throat from America, and do the same by implying it's a UK product, and at the last second everything switches to dollars and the prices triples with shipping. so they get 1 star. Count yourselves lucky I gave you 2stars

Il prodotto ricevuto è un semplice astuccio in poliestere con la scritta ozempic senza nessuna predisposizione o protezione aggiuntiva per poter contenere e preservare farmaci (è venduto come porta medicinali per diabetici).
Reso o rimborso non previsto.
Qualità scadente essendo un astuccio in poliestere con sopra la scritta ozempic del valore di pochi euro. Nella foto che pubblicizzata il prodotto eranompresneti anche i farmaci con il costo che corrispondeva per cui mi sono tratto in inganno credendo di acquistare anche i farmaci, pagando 165 euro + 5 € per la spedizione - costo aggiuntivo non segnalato.
Contattato il venditore (solo tramite messaggi) mi viene riferita l’impossibilità di reso o cambio merce. Contatto paypal attraverso il quale avevo effettuato il pagamento e ancora attendo risposta. Vi consiglio di non acquistare da questo sito, sul quale fanno vendere persone molto poco affidabili

Stay away!!! Rubbish customer service!!!! The items received was NOT as expected. The items did NOT meet my expextations. Customer service was NOT helpful at all!!! Etsy har 73 % bottom reviews at Thrustpilot. Now Etsy get one more extremly negative review, but I presume this does not matter for ETSY. From my point of view, Etsy is a fraud company! Stay away from this company!

I Request all seller to stay away from this company, I was selling with them and in there tarm and conditions they mentioned they may held Money for up to 1 month before sending to account and I was constantly selling during Christmas, then one day my account was Randomly suspended, they kept almost £1000 I was informed to wait 6 months according to there turm and conditions due to suspended account, (didn't know why suspended anyway)
Then I sent emails no reply from them many emails but no reply, there is no number you can contact and It's over 2 years now I didn't receive any money they destroyed my motivation and completely broken my hope as a small business person i just wish May god panish all of them that are involved In this Scam.

I am not a customer but I request saty away as well because probably there is no hope for you too, if you are in trouble. How can a seller send you product if they don't receive your money from Etsy.

Over the past eight months I’ve bought from about 20 different sellers on Etsy & I’ve had medium to severe issues with 18 of them. 18!! That’s like 90%! And Etsy whom claim “protection” on your purchases have done absolutely zero about any of it. From fake opals from India (not cheap!) to fabrics claiming to be cotton & charging the price of cotton then receiving what is clearly nylon crap it’s a world of SCAMMER SELLERS with ZERO SUPPORT FROM ETSY. Not to mention the overly defensive & dishonest sellers. “I didn’t send you the replacement because I was in the hospital “. Yeah right & now that I’ve threatened you with a bad review you’re going to actually do something after a month of back & forth. Grrrrr!!!! Not only do you lose money you waste a lot of time & incur a lot of aggravation shopping on this site. The sellers are incredibly incompetent & unprofessional & yet they are charging high end prices. It used to be a place to find well made, well priced goods as there’s no brick & mortar shop overhead or middleman. Now you got jackets from China for $500 claiming to be wool & showing up totally synthetic & looking like some trash from the Halloween store. It’s ludicrous. You’re better off paying the extra $5 or often paying less & just shopping locally. Good bye Etsy you dishonest scumbags. Good bye scammer sellers I’m heading to my local artist market!

There is a guy by the name of Stacy Cave that draws pictures of all kinds. Right now on Etsy the online store he has some drawings of animals. St first I thought that they were really good drawings but then as I looked closer I started seeing things hidden inside these pictures. Things like other animals and the same animal and hundreds of other super awesome characters. Things that are so random and out of the ordinary. I have heard of drawings that hold secrets but wow this guy is amazing. Now I have seen drawings that are sort of similar but nothing comes even close to this guy Stacy's drawings. Now he has drawings that are so abstract that looking at these drawings causes my mind to instantly start flashing complicating math problems while at the same time generate recipes and barometer readings and behind all of that insignificant compilation of randomness my cerebral cortex is conjuring up past transactions of currency and monopoly plays. I mean for real you have to go look at Etsy and find this guy Stacy Cave I know you can also type in Etsy Stacy Cave and it will take you to his Etsy page you may have to scroll down a couple of lines but he's there. I'm telling every one this guy Stacy Cave is the next big thing in the art world. Go see his stuff and buy it you won't be disappointed. He is incredible amazing outstanding stupendous drawesomantasticatinglymezmorphicarious. Yeah that came to me after seeing the drawings that Stacy Cave hand drew. I bought some don't think I didn't. Go see his artwork at Etsy online.

0 tutela ai compratori. I venditori sono protetti anche se truffano, se sono abili come Marie Redding art che con gentilezza e cortesia ti incanta e vedi passare i 100 giorni warranty per i suoi problemi e distrazioni varie e così l'assistenza di Etsy (che è anche difficile CHATTARCI, è come Aliexpress ed è pessima qualità come la stessa) ci perdi solo le settimane sul nulla cosmico e un team specializzato che descrivono che è come un fantasma. Come si può segnalare un truffatore se ti dicono indagheranno con un team ma non ti chiedono documenti e prove sul caso è che nemmeno saprai la loro decisione. Come possono tutelare i compratori se legalizzano i truccatori come lei. L'anno scorso aveva decine di feedback negativi ed ora uno solo. Porta soldi ad Etsy? Sicuramente. Vi ho spiegato il sistema.

Facessero così ad Amazon, il venditore si troverebbe segnalato e cacciato dal sistema definitivamente in 48 ore.
