Poor quality in general. Feels flimsy. The fan fan is very noisy. The product is a poor choice unless you like hearing strong fans 24/7. I have initiated a return. We shall see how that goes. It was the 2" sphere counter top ice maker.

Customer service was very responsive. Product seems to be working well.

When I had a problem with my ice maker, I sent one simple email to the warranty department. Within just a couple hours, I had a response. They were very helpful, asked simple questions about the problem with the machine, believed my answers, and gave me quick, actionable steps to take in replacing the broken machine. I received the replacement within a week. The experience was overall much better than I expected based on past experiences with customer service with other companies.

The ordering process was made simple on the website, and the product is fantastic!

The product is simple to use and produces ice quickly. It has a great design. Though the ice isn't perfectly clear, I'm just using tapwater at the moment. I expect distilled water would produce transparent ice.

My only complaint: the scoop is a little inefficient, and ice falls out while trying to scoop ice out of the bin. A slightly angled handle might produce a better scooping experience. However, that's a really minor complaint.

Customer service was great. They provided good info to see if AC could be repaired. When it couldn't, they provided a full refund. They followed up several times to make sure I was satisfied.

Working great. Love the size of the cubes for my Yeti insulated all day stein and my nightly cocktail. Whatever excess of cubes go into a gallon ziplock and go to sleep in my freezer.

They have great customer relations and communication! The warranty is one of the best on the market and super fast shipping!

We purchased a refrigerated cooler that can be plugged into a 12V outlet in the car, or a normal wall outlet in the house. The first one we had actually locked up a few hours into using it. We were disappointed, but figured we would use their help process in the literature they provided. I was concerned it was going to be a fight working with them. That was absolutely not the case. They were responsive, gave me troubleshooting instructions, and when it turned out it was not something that could be fixed by troubleshooting, they walked me through the steps to get it replaced and we had our new cooler in a couple of days. It was seamless, easy, and I would definitely work with them again. Manufacturing defects happen occasionally, I'm not concerned about that. I'm so happy with how easy it was to work with them to get it fixed. Great job!

Will not work. Terrible experience.

Like everything about the machine and it works largely how advertised on the web site. Two major issues: One, there were several dents in the maching which matched two large holes in the box. Two, the instructions are terrible in the printed material included.

I ordered to different ice makers. The Euhomy Rock Pro Sphere Ice Maker and the display has vertical lines on it. I tried to call customer service and got no answer. I then emailed customer on September 8th for support and the support agents only seem to work at night as I was told last week a return label would be sent and I still haven't gotten it. The Euhomy Moon SE Crescent Commercial Ice Maker that I purchased was damaged and I emailed that to customer service as well. Still waiting on a solution to the damaged product.

The team truly gave me helpful advice that they believed would help me fix my product. When the advice they gave wasn’t working, they even offered to send me a replacement. I couldn’t have asked for anything better from their support team and I will continue to purchase products from them.

I cannot receive the free product with my ice machine because i’m in Canada.

My Euhomy Pearl L1 Max Nugget Ice Maker are very loud. The sound made to make ice are very loud. I’m really dissapointed with my new Euhomy.

Euhomy sent me a new replacement cooler and, Handled my claim very quickly. I am currently dealing with another manufacturer on a warranty issue that has taken nearly three months (and still open) to repair or replace, so I really appreciate how smoothly Euhomy handled this.
