Very impressed with the Euhomy portable refrigerator/freezer. It cooled down quickly to the set temperature and has kept everything cold consistently. The app connection was easy to use and makes adjusting temperature, mode, and battery protection simple. Build quality feels solid and it has been convenient for road trips and weekend use. I especially like how quiet it runs and how efficient it is in ECO mode. Great value for the price and exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased an ice maker

I purchased an ice maker. In the description, it clearly stated that the device had a pump. Tricky use of language as it turns out. There is, in fact, a very tiny pump that pumps the water to the ice tray. Tiny. The important pump, the drainage pump, is missing. No pump. So I had to buy a pump and had to pay for an extra visit from the plumber to install it. That was after the first night the lack of a drain pump flooded our floor. Better to just be clear so people are prepared.

Ordered an ice machine from this company and accidentally misplaced the ice basket after opening the box. We contacted the company, and their customer service was excellent — they responded quickly and sent us a new basket at no charge. Very impressed with their support and would definitely recommend them
