Bought a used Tesla and needed a charger quickly. EVDANCE had good reviews and I ordered one. 10 days later they had not shipped the charger so I asked if they had not shipped it yet to cancel the order. They informed me that it shipped that day. I received the package and tried to return it, unopened and encountered an issue with their return policy. I was very happy when the company reached out to me to remedy the situation. I received my refund and made me a very satisfied customer. Glad to see companies that still focus on customer satisfaction.

DO NOT USE!! Bought car charging cable and it has very dangerously burnt out and melted all of the insides of the plug. Only used for a 5 hours a night, not constantly plugged in. Contacted customer services and was asked to provide lots of different information about my purchase and use of the item, which I did so within the hour of the email. Never heard back again despite many more emails. The customer service is just AI, which promises contact but after a month of chasing up no one ever comes back to you. There’s no other way to contact the company. Looking at these reviews the plug burning out is not unusual. This could have burnt my house down and should be taken off the market.

Here’s my experience with this company so far… I purchased a charger for my Tesla and I accidentally purchased the non Tesla version. I just flat out wasn’t paying attention to the order I placed. So… I got my charger, and wall mounted it. Flipped my Tesla charger port open, then realized I was an idiot. I immediately contacted EVDANCE and told them of my error. I also mentioned I had installed the mounting plate into a metal beam and it was a very difficult location for me to just remove and return. Not only did they send me the correct charger, they didn’t charge me for the wall plate I kept or any return or restocking fee. They even sent me a return label to send the incorrect charger back. All of that hassle with no extra charges. That’s how a company gets and retains customers! I just started using the charger and app and so far, it’s brilliant. Could not be happier with the product, the company, and the awesome customer service. Thank you EVDANCE!!!!!

I purchased the ETL-listed NEMA 10-30 24A J1772 charger. My NEMA 10-30 dryer receptacle is on a dedicated 240V 30A double-pole breaker. This has worked exceptionally well for my setup.

I really like the EV Dance app that allows me to see real time visibility of charging status, temperature in my garage, tracks all historical charging times and energy consumed. I really love the feature of the app that allows me to input what my electric company charges me per kWh so I can track what I’m actually going to be billed for on my next bill with no surprises.

The charger is very well crafted, never overheats while charging, and extremely valuable for the price of the unit. I really like the bonus extras they throw in with the traveling bag, charging pump cover when it’s not charging, and the 1-10 converter cord is amazing. Had no idea that these would be included with the order. Delivery time was exceptional. Had my charger in about 7-10 days of my order including business days.

Had a couple questions about the specification requirements before I used it for the first time and they answered promptly within 24 hours. The level of detail of this product is remarkable. Highly recommend!

So the unit stopped working after only 5 months. After reaching out to customer service and jumping through a few hoops they gave me an rma and the FedEx shipping label. 3 weeks later they offered a new replacement with the same features but of a different color. I approved the new color and 3 days later it was in my mailbox. Hopefully this one will last more than 5 months…
…this is an honest review. I wish it was a 5 star review, but reliability is lacking, but customer service interactions were helpful and worthy 5 stars.

After two months of waiting for my order to ship I contacted them saying I wanted the order cancelled as I had to go with another option since they had not sent my product. 3 hours later they shipped the order knowing I didn't want the product but clearly they now wanted to keep my money. Now I have product I have no use with and they state that I cancelled hours after they had started the processing. What are the chances that's the truth when the order was made two months prior?

I contacted them for order EVDANCE6334 to cancel today as it's been months and I finally just asked for it to be cancelled since I went with an alternative. Instead they shipped the unwanted order and didn't bother replying to me. They did the exact opposite of what they said months after the order was late.

I bought the EVDANCE Flux Level 1 NEMA 5-15 portable charger for my Tesla Model Y while waiting on my Wall Connector install. It works perfectly on a standard household 120V outlet and charges reliably at 12 amps without any overheating or temperature warnings.
The build quality is really impressive — thick, heavy-duty cable, solid connectors, and a nice long reach. Setup was completely plug-and-play, and it’s been working flawlessly every day. I love that it feels like a premium product and has proper safety certifications.

Highly recommend EVDANCE to any Tesla owner looking for a quality portable Level 1 charger. I’m very happy with it!

About 6 months ago, I purchased the 40 amp charger with 14-50 plug and it has worked perfectly. I paid extra for the wireless capabilities but once set up, found I have not used it in favor of using the Tesla's management system for charging load and times. I would buy it again if in the market for a plug-in charger but wish I had opted for the hardwired version.

I recently ordered the Evdance Level 2 EV Charger with NEMA 10-30 Plug, 24Amp 240V for J1772 Electric Vehicles. The charging station arrived well packed and in perfect condition. It appears to be of extremely good quality. No issues with installation and it has worked.

I recently ordered a EVDANCE Flux Level 1 NEMA 5-15 Plug 12A J1772 Portable EV Charger. It is a L1 (120V 8A) J1772 ETL charger with WiFi (no model # on website) so I would be able to schedule and monitor charging sessions. When it showed up a few days later, I was confused and later pleasantly surprised and to see it was a model EV-ACS1605U dual voltage (120V/240V 16A max) charger. It is a L1/L2 (120 12A/240 16A) charger with wifi and a 120V to 240V plug adapter. I initially thought this was a mistake but after contacting Evdance they confirmed it was an upgrade of a new product release. This combination works perfectly for me and allows for great flexibility in charging options. The overall quality is amazing. Looks and feels and feels like well made product. I have so far only charged using 120V 12A but im setting up a dedicated 20A circuit and will shortly use 240 V 16A for approximately 3 X the speed.

Great combination of features and price. If you want flexibility in charging plugs and levels with a maximum 20A this is the product for you.

I initially received the incorrect charging heads for my vehicles. I was asked for some information about my purchase, took a few photos to accurately document what I had received, and could not be happier with communication and support.
EVDance has great customer support, product works great, and I Highly Recommend them.

Bought one via Amazon in April 2024 at an amazing discounted price of $ 129 ( after a $ 40 rebate coupon - on Amazon itself). Works perfect and no issues. Almost nearing the 2nd year next month and a half.

Very easy to use and option to set up schedule is handy. Good length of cable allow for ease of reach. In general, very happy with the purchase.

Support via email was prompt and courteous.

As a new EV owner setting up a charge system to sync with your car is not intuitive.

EV DANCE was pretty straightforward.
