Please note: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." Also our terms state: "Standard Services which fail and which are not upgraded to Premium Service will be issued with a credit note only." Because of that we can’t automatically refund the eligibility check, but I’ll escalate this to our technicians right away.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE ! d'abord on vous dit qu'il faut payer 27 € pour vérifier "l'éligibilité" de votre téléphone pour le désimlocker. soit! mais sans vous dire qu'il faut à nouveau payer 56 € pour le désimlockage qui peut prendre jusqu'à 72 h mais que de toute façon il aboutira, mais à peine au bout de 24 h le verdict tombe: impossible à désimlocker à cause d'Orange !! ils "offrent" donc un crédit de 83 € mais utilisable que sur le site! stupide puisqu'ils ne peuvent pas le désimlocker ! je demande donc le remboursement sur mon compte mais...fin de non recevoir ! Fuir absolument cette arnaque!

Its a total scam..

I was charges USD 80 dollars, after weeks my iPhone is still not unlocked. They are now asking for more money in the name of premium service. I haven’t got any refund even if I didn’t get the service I payed for. This is a fraud - I don’t know how they are running their business- they are just fooling people and taking money.

Unreliable Service and Failure to Deliver - Requesting Refund

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Express Unlocks. I initially paid £42.00 for a standard phone unlock, which was supposed to take three days. Not only did it take longer, but it ultimately failed. I then paid £133.00 for a two-week unlock service, with a promised delivery date of November 25th. That date has passed, and my phone remains locked. I am owed £14.99, £42.00 and £133.00.

Customer service has been unhelpful, and I feel like I'm being ignored. I am now requesting a full refund and will be forced to take further action if I do not receive it promptly. I cannot recommend Express Unlocks based on my experience. Save your money and look elsewhere for phone unlocking services.

As the terms explain, "Credit Notes can be used against any sim unlocking service, and for any device - simply click 'Use Credit Note' on the checkout page when purchasing." If you’d like, I can personally prioritise rebooking the AT&T iPhone 16 Pro Max unlock using that credit note and escalate it to our tech team.
