Easy to find the products that I was looking for that fit my new Bronco.

I have overall always a great experience with Extreme. They are always helpful and friendly and make it right when they send wrong parts. Will always us Extreme Terrian because of their customer service and quick turnaround.

The product selection is good. Its easy to find products that fit my vehicle. My only complaint is with their shipping. The shipping is slower than any other online vendor I order from.

I was able to find everything I needed easily on the site. I added the year, make and model of my vehicle to guide me with proper fitting parts. When I had specific questions regarding a product, the answers were prompt, clear and helpful from online agent. Which made me feel confident with my purchase.

Don’t order “Like New Open Box” items. I ordered a Falcon Shocks Nexus EF 2.2 Fast Adjust Steering Stabilizer for a 20-26 Jeep Gladiator JT. I was shipped a Nexus EF 2.1. I called customer service and was told I could not exchange it for the correct one because it was an open box. I would have to send it back for store credit after it arrives. I have to go through the extra hassle of returning the item that had the correct description on the order but was not the correct item in the box.

I ordered an open box OME springs and received a cold air intake for something. The invoice and shipping label were correct but the contents weren't. Rather than fixing the order and sending me what I ordered I was told I would have to take a store credit. After several hours of waiting an talking with people I was told I could get a refund (what I wanted was my parts). That refund is still pending. In the end I am several hours short of time on the phone and several days delayed on the truck build as I wait for the parts from another vendor. Extremeterrain.com still showed open box options to order the springs I needed but in the end I lost trust and was not about the try ordering again and paid full price for new from ARB direct. The money saved wasn't worth the hassle or delay with a truck sitting on a rack waiting on parts.

Great products and many payment options make it easy to get parts I need and want. Delivery communication is always on point. Love ordering from them.

I liked the product fir my 2026 Toyota Tacoma

The price was good. I felt a little misled by the option to pay for 2 day shipping. I found out that it meant the product would be sent to the shipper in 2 days, not delivered in 2 days. To me that was kind of misleading.

Easy to navigate the site and accurate parts matching vehicle.

Ease of use of the site. Great prices and items i actually want.

Extremely disappointed with the quality and difficulty of installation. Put them on and immediately ordered different ones from somewhere else. I will be discarding them in the trash

I couldn’t find the part directly on the Extreme terrain website,did a google search and google found what I was looking for.
