AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Misleading advertising - EzLicense will grab your money and leave your short!

All learner drivers out there looking for an instructor, stay clear of the EzLicense platform, they are overcharging both the students and ripping off the instructors.

I bought a 10-hour credit pack for 10 driving lessons to get the 10% discount, assuming that would give me 10 lessons. BUT shortly after I bought the lessons, EzLicense hiked the instructor cost for my instructor which essentially left me with only 9 lessons. So, the 10-lessons actually ended up costing more than the 10 % discount than buying single lessons.

I will be reporting the EzLicense to ACCC and WA Consumer Protection for misleading advertising as EzLicense refused credit me the 10th lesson.

What I also found is that if you go to the driving instructor directly, you will get the lesson approximately 18% cheaper. That is how much EzLicense charges the instructors to use their platform.
So, if you’re a user for EzLicense, ask your instructor to book directly with them – DO NOT USE the EzLicense platform.

Also to make it clear, the driving instructor I use is absolutely brilliant, this review is purely about the EzLicense platform and their fraudulent, money grabbing behaviour.

The worst!!!

The worst, most exploitative service. This company created and hides behind its own policies to extract more money from customers. I still have $80 left in my account that I will not use, as I no longer need their services, but according to their policy, that is not enough to qualify for a refund. There is no point in their services for me anymore since I now have my own instructor and a car.

BE CAREFUL!!! This service will NOT return YOUR MONEY if you simply no longer need their services.

Refund Refused After Instructor Cancellation – Unreasonable and Frustrating Experience

I had a driving lesson booked with EzLicence, but the instructor cancelled on the same day due to illness. While they issued an $80 credit, I requested a refund since the service was not delivered. Customer service repeatedly refused and insisted on providing proof that I had passed my driving test, which is unrelated to the cancellation. This requirement is not stated in their refund policy and felt unreasonable and frustrating. The process involved multiple back-and-forth emails with inconsistent responses and delays. Overall, the experience reflected poor customer service and a lack of fair resolution for a situation caused by their side.

Cancellation after cancellation, now have to wait 6 weeks for available instructor

Paid for a bundle pack of 6 lessons, first 3 lessons were cancelled before we even had our first lesson, since then have had numerous instructors cancel, now cannot get an appointment until mid may, it’s beginning of April, company has refused refund over and over. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Worth it

I had Monika as my instructor,
Monika was patient and kind, she was clear and concise with what she was teaching. She was able to make things easier for me to understand and would always make sure I’m well informed on what could be in the PDA as well as road rules and manoeuvres. The booking system was easy and user friendly, would definitely recommend Ezlicense to everyone, thank you again :)

Don’t waste your time as a lot of the…

Don’t waste your time as a lot of the instructors on this app do not show up to their lessons or answer calls or messages your better of finding an instructor off Google search than here booked 2 instructors as the first one cancelled at 11pm at night when my lesson was the next day booked another instructor and he never showed up or answered any of my calls this is very frustrating especially when you have already paid I’ve seen a lot of drivers on the app who have reviews for not showing up not sure why the app keeps these instructors on the app when they are consistently wasting peoples time and not showing up and then continue to take on clients and show availability

Got my P-plate on first try. Money well-spent

Cherry Kaye's customer service from EzLicense is 10/10, my driving instructor Shanil Anthony Fernando is consistently excellent, and my money was well-spent for the 10 hours booking + 2.5 hours driving test package. I got my P plate on my first try after using EzLicense platform.

They are also quick to process my credit refund if I have leftover credit or when previous instructor has to cancelled pre-booked lesson in the past.

Very satisfied customer, bookings was easy, clear transactions and great experience overall. Highly recommend for people looking for solid driving lesson with pick-up and drop-off service that traditional schools don't offer.

SCAM!!!!

If I could, I will give 0 star! Absolutely a scam! I put a credit of £780 and purchased 10 lessons and the credit for the exam, after delivering 4 lessons, changed 3 instructors, I am just not happy with the instructors on their website, so I request to have the rest of the credit of £500 to be refunded, they refused to refund me and ask me to try other instructors, I refused to try any more instructors as they are so unstable and unreliable, so I contacted my credit card company and started the dispute, then what they did is they lied to my credit card company that they delivered all the 10 lessons and they blocked my account, all my credit of £500 on their website is gone, I cannot access my account and my money is gone! I emailed them and there is no answer! I have told my credit card company the fact that they are lying and I will report to trading standard today for further action, they are absolutely a scam! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
