Scheduling and location changes: I booked one-hour lessons on Tuesday and Wednesday this week, with Thursday designated as the drive test day. (Today), Tilak has repeatedly changed lesson locations and drop-off arrangements, despite clear expectations set at the time of booking.
Burden on family: My wife and I, who have three young children and (one of our children has special needs) were required to transport me to Werribee Vic Roads for Wednesday’s lesson, implying additional stress and disruption to our family schedule, but we made it happen, as instructor advised that it would be beneficial!, and that driving test day time for lesson won’t be on time due to business of day! So why we agreed to drop me to Werribee.
Incorrect planning on test day (today) Tilak indicated that there would be a total of 45 minutes of lessons on the day of the driving test due to test times and his workload, and my husband agreed to doing it on Wednesday! We later discovered that the plan altered again, with Tilak stating that he would not drop me off after the test because Altona North is too far. This contradicts the information provided at booking and the expectation set for test-day logistics.
Booking details and cost calculation: There is a dropdown menu in the app with my address for cost calculation based on test location and pickup/drop-off location which I thought, The changes to drop-off arrangements contradict the terms of service and the expected convenience we booked EZ License for.
Communication and reliability: Tilak arrived on the wrong day (Monday) despite confirmed Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday bookings, which required us to intervene and correct the schedule. This level of miscommunication and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.
Overall dissatisfaction: I have not experienced this level of unprofessionalism with instructors in other countries, and this experience has caused significant stress, especially on a day that is already stressful due to the driving test.
I’ve paid so much money for these lessons and driving test; and now I’m feeling ripped off with services!

Unfortunately it was double booked was unable to get same day > date at short notice didn't re book went to the help chat saying i wanted a full refund & explainend the situation
Within minutes an email arrived confirming a full Refund would be given checked my paypal account
Money was there waiting to be cleared.

The Administration overthere were able to approve a request I did have even if they didnt have to, they where very understanding of the situation and it was an overall pleasant experience.
The selection of driver trainers and the ease of use for this service is also good.

BEWARE - They won't refund your money when their platform is faulty!
When signing up, I entered my address so that I would be matched with instructors who service my area.
I chose one of the instructors and booked a lesson.
The lesson cost $114 + $2.51 platform booking fee = $116.51.
Their instructor cancelled my lesson with a note saying that they did not come to my area.
I received a refund of $114 (lesson cost only).
I contacted support to ask to be refunded the platform booking fee of $2.51 as it was not my fault that the lesson was cancelled. I had followed protocol; However, the platform was faulty and provided me with an instructor who did not come to my area.
I received a response from Vanessa advising the following:
As per our payment policy, this fee ($2.51) is non refundable and supports our ongoing efforts to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality, including verification of instructor qualifications and Working With Children Checks.
Not refunding a fee when it is clearly the fault of EzLicence platform is unethical, in my opinion.
Quite a nice little money maker? presenting clients with instructors who don't actually service your area and then keep their faulty platform processing fee....
Disgraceful!

My partner booked a $225 drive test package, when it came to the morning of at 7:30am pick up to do half hour practice before test from instructor, she never showed. The test was at 8:30am Logan centre. Couldn't call her cause her phone was disconnected, no other means to contact her either beside through ezi license request form. We had to rush around for L plates at 8 am, my son had to have a day off school because we had to use the family car which clashed with school drop offs. Completely stuffed our whole morning routine up, plus $225 out of pocket now have to wait for ezi license to investigate for some sort of refund. Funny though, once he finished his test (which he passed yayy) he checked the ezi license account the booking information had vanished. When we checked the pick your instructor menu on the website the instructors photo had changed and her car color. On the booking it was black but on the website it was silver. Anyway never will we be booking or recommending this company to anyone in our family or friends. Absolute frauds

I booked a one-hour refresher lesson through EzLicence to safely adjust to driving in Australia. Unfortunately, my experience with the assigned instructor (Avin) was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The instructor was pushy from the start, insisting I book multiple lessons even though I only needed a one-hour refresher. During the lesson he repeatedly touched my shoulder, arm, leg, and hand after I had clearly said this made me uncomfortable. He was overly invasive in my personal space and created an unsafe atmosphere.
Despite slow driving in a quiet area, he raised his voice, grabbed the steering wheel aggressively, and dismissed my concerns. When I set boundaries, he blamed me and claimed I couldn’t drive, even though I hold a full licence and have years of experience. This forced me to end the lesson early and walk home to remove myself from the situation.
Overall, I felt unsafe, disrespected, and unsupported. I cannot recommend this instructor and hope EzLicence ensures higher professional standards for their drivers.
