They are a very bad company to deal with. They stole my money
We have been very disappointed
We have been very disappointed, to say the least, with Factory to Home and their customer service. We bought a few things from them, including an outdoor table and chairs. Of course, assembly is required. Three boxes containing chairs and the table frame arrived, but the fourth box with tabletop and cushions did not
We understand, freight issues can occur, but the lack of follow up and the insinuation that Toll had delivered the fourth box three days later (no connote, no tracking number) and it was now our issue was astounding. We then went on a merry go round of filling out forms associated with the delivery with Toll. We had to explain that our agreement was with Factory to Home and not Toll to supply the goods. Then they stopped replying to emails. Factory to Home then told us that they didn’t have the pieces we required in stock, and they couldn’t give us a definitive timeline for redelivery. At that time of this complaint, it was still up on the site, advertised at a discounted price. They offered no refund or solution. They were polite and placating but not helpful.
There is no telephone contact, address and no google listing for the business, so communication is purely through email. If you read reviews on other review sites, there is a pattern here of unresolved issues & complaints.
We finally contacted our credit card company, and they are looking at refunding us. We are looking for another table now. We are both professionals, and this has taken up far too much of our time. Don’t ever buy from these people unless you enjoy spending your days full of frustration, fruitless emails, no service, and half delivered product.

Stay away from this dodgy website
I’ve purchased an outdoor bench. The quality was very bad and it was not as shown in the pictures. The factory to home support team is pathetic. I wrote multiple emails and finally they agreed to take the return but deducted a big chunk of money from what I paid. They also didn’t refund the money but gave store credit.
I had a very bad experience with these guys. Stay away from them.

We organised a return and were promised a refund within 5 days but we are over 2 weeks later and no refund. The first really bad experience of this kind. Afterpay were very helpful! Thanks Afterpay.
