I have nothing but praises for this company. The 10x mirror I ordered is much better than any other I have ordered from other companies in the past, including one company that does not allow a refund from the place of purchase, only through their company which refunds/returns expire in a very short period of time.

The packaging was fool proof with multiple layers to ensure the mirror isn't damaged during shipping. The paperwork, consumer contact info in case of a problem, and instructions were beyond the norm - fantastic quality control. I will be loyal to this company simply do to my first experience with them. I'm thrilled with this online shopping venue. They are fantastic. Thank you Fancii!

Disorganized hiring process with moving goalposts — avoid wasting your time.

Applied for their AI Creative Producer role . The brief explicitly instructed applicants to use AI voiceover and gave no restrictions on AI-assisted footage. After completing an unpaid multi-format test project in DaVinci Resolve — including manual clip selection, sequencing, pacing, audio mixing, color grading, and multi-format delivery — I was told the submission was "too AI."

New requirements that never appeared in the original brief were introduced only after the work was completed: real clips only, exact font matching (no font name was ever provided), and a "more realistic" voice that was never defined upfront. Every one of these was used to evaluate work that was built to the brief they actually gave.

The hiring manager also repeatedly referred to the submission as an "AI video" despite the majority of the work being manual editing in professional software. It became clear they couldn't distinguish between AI-generated content and AI-assisted production — which is a significant problem for a company hiring an AI Creative Producer.

If you're a skilled editor or creative producer, be cautious. The role described in the posting and the role they're actually hiring for are not the same thing. You may invest significant unpaid time completing a test only to be evaluated against criteria that were never communicated.

The work I delivered was professional and built exactly to their brief. The process was not.

I bought a lighted mirror from this Company. When I received it (a beautiful item) I realized I meant to purchase a lighted magnifying mirror as I am old and cannot see very well. I contacted the Company, they were very kind, emailed me a label at no charge to me and I just received my full refund today. No complaints, just kindness. I bought three mirrors as gifts and one for myself. Mine broke, unfortunately. They replaced my mirror and were so nice about it. I will definitely buy more.

Excellent and efficient customer care
After contacting the company with an issue, I received a quick response and the issue was easily resolved

I own both the Abigail Travel Mirror and the Taylor Compact Mirror. Both products are very well built and the lighting is great. It can be dimmed but I like that it gets bright enough to use in most areas. However, the best thing about this company is their customer service! I had an issue with my most recent order being held by the shipping company. The customer service team with Fancii was so helpful. They contacted the shipper and straightened everything out. They kept me informed of all the updates until the order arrived. I never had to reach out for an update. I would definitely recommend!

This company really takes care of their customer base. I had delivery issues that were solely the fault of the parcel service. I was worried that I didn’t receive the correct item so I reached out by email late one evening to inquire. I received a response by the next morning and was assured that the rest of my order was shipped separately and that the remaining item was on its way. Great customer service…..My new mirrors are stunning, so pretty, I welcome everyone to buy fancii mirrors, great price and most of all a serious company who cares about his customers needs.

The mirrors I ordered were beautiful, but the packaging for one of the mirrors was damaged. Since it was meant to be a gift, I emailed customer service and they promptly responded. The rep was very apologetic and assured me she’d make it right. She said she’d send out a replacement right away and that I could keep the one that had been sent. Great customer service…very proactive, efficient, cooperative and professional. Everything went very smoothly. Great experience and I love the mirrors. Thank you Fancii and Faye!
