I had the Fancii travel mirror, which I broke. I ordered a replacement, and it arrived cracked. I contacted Fancii customer service, and they replaced the mirror immediately. Their response was quick and efficient! Obviously, I feel this mirror is worth the effort. I take it with me wherever I travel. It takes up little space in my suitcase, but provides lots of lighted makeup time anywhere!

I ordered 5 compact’s for Christmas gifts. I didn’t realize they were pre-order and weren’t going to be here by Christmas. I contacted support and they gladly let me choose other designs to ensure timely delivery. Since then I was having trouble charging one of them. Again contacted support and they were so helpful and solved my problem (user error) with such grace and timely response. An amazing company with fabulous customer support! And the product is top notch quality! Would 100% recommend!

Not only has the light on my mirror stopped working but I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with Faye in customer service at Fancii. She is hands down the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Sarcastic and incredibly unhelpful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their products are useless and their service is even worse.

I had an issue with a mirror I purchased.
Customer service suggested some fixes. When these didn't work, they replaced the mirror very quickly. I trust this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I bought several mirrors for gifts and one for myself. Mine would not hold a charge so I contacted customer support and they guided me through the replacement process. It took a few emails with details and troubleshooting to confirm the issue. Once confirmed they mailed me a new one. This one works perfectly. I recommend the Taylor compact with light as I have been using it regularly and those who received it as a gift like my mom, use it regularly.

I had purchased a handheld Fancii lighted mirror on Amazon. It worked great for over a year until a clip on the battery compartment door snapped. The mirror light still worked but would not stay lit. I decided to contact them to see if I could get a replacement battery door, unfortunately they couldn’t replace the part but offered to send me a brand new mirror, for free! It took about a month because of back orders but it arrived! The battery door has been redesigned and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a great little mirror and with customer service like that you can’t go wrong!

I received two broken mirrors, but customer service was great! They got back to me right away and replaced the broken mirrors pretty fast. I appreciate customer service that actually responds to your complaints and fixes the problem. They were very easy to work with…and I absolutely love their products! I have ordered several mirrors as gifts over the years and was so surprised when I received broken products. This hasn’t been my experience with this company.

A big fan of the face steamer - I previously owned one that got damaged while moving. I immediately bought a replacement but unfortunately it arrived defective. Customer service jumped into action to send me a new one. Should be arriving in a few days. I hope I don’t have any issues with this one but I’m sure if I do, customer service will help.

I ordered four of the Taylor lighted, compacts- for gifts at Christmas. They are awesome.!!! I ended up keeping one for myself!
The one I kept wouldn’t light up even after I charged it. I contacted the company.
First, they tried to troubleshoot with me. After those two things didn’t work they sent me a new one.

The new one they sent works perfectly.

They absolutely stood behind their product. Their customer service was very responsive, and it was very obvious that they wanted to understand what was wrong with the product so they could improve on it.

I would highly recommend the product and the company!

Fancii and company are wonderful!!! In addition to having a good quality mirror they have many beautiful selections. I was lucky to get some with sparkles all over for Christmas presents and then picked a lovely one that was a little larger for my Sister. It was not here before Christmas as was out of stock - but they were thoughtful enough to mail it to her directly after the holidays! It was a wonderful New Year surprise!! Thank you so much for being a well organized and customer friendly company with a quality product.

I absolutely love the Fanci mirrors and have had a great experience with their customer service. They are top notch!

Ordered a few as gifts and the recipients all loved it. The packaging was nice and the product was great. Mirror felt like it was of good quality. Everyone liked how well the light button worked and that you could toggle between a bright white and a softer evening light or no light.

One of the big morning news shows had the Taylor compact mirrors as a top pick for Christmas gifts, 2025. They seemed pretty spendy, but I took advantage of the price break for buying more and bought three. Gifted one each to my 20 yo daughter and her friend who are very picky and very much into makeup. They LOVE these mirrors. Worked with customer service for an exchange of one due to a color preference. Customer service was AMAZING.
Would buy again. No negatives. A+

The item I wanted was out of stock and not expected until mid-January, but I received it in very early January. Company representatives communicated personally with me throughout the process - very nice - so I had no concerns that it would not be delivered as promised.

Bought about a dozen mini Taylor compact mirrors as stocking stuffers for my college age nieces - they all LOVED because there is terrible light in dorm rooms! Had a very small issue with 2 of them and almost didn't contact Customer Service. I did contact them and they were amazing to say the least! I had 2 new mirrors in my hands in less than 48hrs!......very happy customer and would HIGHLY recommend Fancil & Co.

Great mirror and love the different designs. I did receive a mirror with a broken hinge so I contacted customer service and they got back to me right away and replaced the item within a short amount of time.
