I dont get my ordet from August 2023. now email is off.
no order and no money.

Be careful, dont buy from them.

If there were less than one star, this would be minus one million. Nearly one year waiting for a TV. Hundreds of emails back & forth, promises promises & more promises. Blamed logistics carriers. I claimed through my bank, but kept following up each two weeks just for fun. Owner now cut off email. An absolute scam. I am still trying to make contact as I have a close "bond" with this chap !!!!!

Should not even be a one. They don't even deserve a 0. Biggest bunch of con artist, liars and thieves ever!!! Ordered item in August 2023. Still nothing. Sent to wrong address or be patient. Same as everyone else. Horrible just Horrible. I hate liars and thieves Sent info to fb to have them banned

I bought an item from them on August 23
And they didn't send it until now
They keep lie that they are sending it

I bought a Chanel advents calendar in September 2023, but never received. They email me several times, that the item was delivered. Even send me a tracking number, probably a fake one.

Now blocked emails so i cannot reply to them..PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

These people are low life scumbags. Dont order a thing from them as you will end up out of pocket & you will receive absolutely nothing from them. They are full of absolute crap :(

PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS ..order 2 things ladt september never arrived at my address was told it had hine to somewhere in london im in hull. Keep enailing just get the same response over and over that they will send tracking number once its updated and to wait more time .8 MONTHS IVE BEEN WAITING AND STILL NO PARCELS HAVE ARRIVED THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THOUGH !!!

Like the other reviews DO NOT USE this company. They took my money but I never received the goods and have ignored all my emails.

Lying cheating scumbags, these guys take your money and don’t send anything do not trust them and do not purchase anything from them. I’ve been following up and waiting for a package since October or September last year nothing has been received and they won’t issue a refund

I have ordered the bike aswell for my son in last year september and still haven’t received it . I have contact the seller email many time with reply sorry, apologize and gave me the tracking number aswell. BUT ALLL FFFAAAKKKEEE. Stay away from these peoples

Ordered August 2023 - supposed to be 50 Euro - charged over ,100 Euro and despite hundreds of emails ,+ still waiting - disgusted with them - avoid !!!

I am a seventy 77 year old woman and I ordered from this company last September also. I have been trying to get my order or my payment returned all this time. They are full of excuses and horrible people. No shame what so ever.

Ordered in August 2023, still nothing received. Mr Jianfenglin send me mails everytime and ask me to be patient. I paid my order in August 2023, now we are in April 2024 and still NOTHING received.
Be careful and beware of this company. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM

Parece mentira que con las posibilidades que hay ahora nadie sea capaz de bloquear a estas "empresas". Yo llevo desde septiembre con correos contándome "cuentos chinos" pero se nota que es una estafa y que nunca han mandado nada ni han tenido intención de hacerlo. Os paso la última contestación que me dieron hace 3 meses:
