My mom ordered advent calendars on the 5th of September nothing arrived.Do not waist your time / money on this scam of a company should be shut down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could zero stars I'd give that!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Do not use any branch of the buisness as the items do not exist! Address is a house in maidenhead. Always told item went to wring address and to be patient! Nearly 5 months later I'm still told to same!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Jeg har købt en vare i august som jeg ikke har modtaget da de har sendt den til en forkert adresse… ( i den modsatte ende af Danmark ) jeg har gjort dem opmærksom på dette, men de skriver bare at den er afleveret..( ja på en forkert adresse….🤬) jeg har gjort krav på at få mine penge tilbage, men det sker ikke…

My order was placed on Sept 1 2023 for a ferris wheel xmas tree and have not received it yet. The e-mails I'm getting are word for word each time they send one. It's logistics fault, it's the post office fault. They'll resend it and it goes on and on. It's being redelivered or they have wrong information. Don't be scammed like I have been. They're making a profit on all of us.

ordered goods from company in August. They claimed sent it to a wrong address in Northern Ireland, instead of Scotland. Complained several times and still goods never arrived. Asked to cancel order and refund money - Never happened. My advice...NEVER USE..

always send that parts are shipped - nothing ever arrived - they also have "shops" for technical equipment - same here ...

No intention to send the items whatsoever. It is a freud. Like everyone here, never received the items, passed it to the freud section of my bank. Exactly same emails received.

Absolutely ridiculous - scam scam scam pls avoid this company completely !!!!!!!

He seems to have hacked into a legitimate ladies clothing company.
Like the other reviews I have not received the item I ordered in September and have an inbox full of excuses
This is the latest from today
"If you agree, we will arrange the resending within seven working days, and the resending time is 15-35 working days
After delivery, we will give you the logistics tracking number
This is the resending address. Please confirm whether it is correct？"
To which I replied "Yes, you know that is my address. Tracking numbers are provided on sending not on delivery.
Stop pretending you are sending me anything.and admit it's a scam.
Do you even know what I ordered?"

Item never arrived. Tracking info they provided was nowhere near. They keep fobbing fobbing me off saying lost in the post and will send a replacement but never do.
Latest response:-
"I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
We have contacted the post office, the package may be lost, but we did send the items, so the loss is serious, temporarily unable to provide a refund.
In this case, the solution we provide you is that we can resend a new package for you."

On top of all that that they charged me in $ so I had to pay a conversion fee.

Total scam. Items never sent. They keep replying saying they will resend a new item and never do. Total scam.

This company is a total scam .I ordered advent calendars 8th September and still nothing delivered. Then told it was sent to wrong address and would resend my order but still nothing now they are ignoring my emails disgusting company avoid at all costs

Beware of this company. They are scammers. They take your money and don't send any goods. Usual excuses are they sent package to wrong address. Wish I had read these reviews before parting with my money.

I have been scammed they are using many names for an invoice for your payment. I have been incontact many many times I have emails but still no money. The o ly thing that this scam company have is that stripe is the company who takes your money and gives you a receipt. I have been in touch with these, they say they don't know they are scammers they are lying. They also I formed me they take scamming seriously. Well they don't. So I will hold stripe responsible also.

These people are total scammers - they continue emailing to keep your confidence but nothing is coming.

I have reported them to American Express and got my money back

It should be no stars as there is literally nothing good about them

I ordered 3 Charlotte Tilbury boxes via an advert on Facebook in September 23 but they did not arrive, ive been chasing them ever since but they just keep fobbing me off.

These are total scammers. They sent package to a different state and then said it was lost. There is no package. They refuse to give me a refund.

Ordered a gift august 17 th still no parcel nov 8 th kept telling me it was delivered to wrong address they will send another 1 out. Refusing to give me a refund. Stay clear. They scammers 😡

A few months ago I ordered a touchscrean board game and now they are telling me that it was delivered to a wrong address. This is a lie ans I demanded refund or replacement. They are not replying to my messages. I am going to shame them to the business chambers. The company and directors deserve jail nothing else.
