I will give a rating of 0-Zero. Like all the other reviewers, did not get anything, told it went to another address (as if anyone will make a mistake not with street or number but wrong COUNTRY). No gtracking numbers, just “Be patient”. Ordered on 7 September,in 4 months parcel could have walked by itself to me! The owner, Jianfenglin , gives useless promises!DO NOT buy anything

Scammer at its finest! Does not deliver any goods, says they have gone to your neighbour, then promises to send another.

do not use this site, do not use this at all. i paid on august and got nothing but letters from a bored guy who knows very well how to take money from people. this is the only thing he know to do.

J'ai passé une commande pour une guitare, pub sur instagram me semble t'il qui n'est jamais arrivé malgré le tracking number qui indiquait que si.
Ils se sont excusés et m'ont dit avoir renvoyé un produit avec le même tracking number. J'attends depuis plus de 4 mois ma commande.
A fuir absolument c'est une honte

Like what everyone has been saying. The same guy jian fenglin has been doing the same with me for a parcel i paid for in september. It was for 2 charlotte tilbury items. Said it went to.the wrong address and they would resend the parcels with a new tracking number. I enquired about this as still have recieved nothing and they were like oh it was successfully delivered in sept. So i sent him a screen shot of my latest email from him stating that the parcel was sent to the wrong address. Sonlets see what the outcome of this will be. However i have now came to realise tgat these offers are too good to be true. Same thing happned onna costco warehouse

They have Scammed me Out of £41.04 and I have nothing from them they are evil people I’m disabled and I ordered a small scooter I’ve been wait since July and now I know they will reply to you with lies and you will not get your order Beware.

Complete scam. My order on September 5 2023 did not arrive yet. When I emailed them, they said they mailed it to me. But in fact it went to a wrong address. Thanks to my bank, they did dispute to get my money back. I wish I read the reviews before I place my order.

Like the gentleman who posted before me, I placed an order four months ago, and they pretended my parcel went to the wrong address - sent me a delivery note even.

Someone called Jian Fenglin has been leading me a merry dance pretending they were on the case and telling me to 'please be patient' while they corrected the address etc. I have now asked for a refund twice, and have heard nothing.

SCAMMERS. Do not use.

Ordered goods from this company in August. They claimed sent it to a wrong address in Barrow in Furness, instead of Liverpool. Complained several times and still goods never arrived. Asked to cancel order and refund money - Never happened. My advice...NEVER USE..

Fraudulent and scam. do not order ever from them, clothes or anything. Advent calendar advertised on Instagram and nothing ever delivered.

Ordered 2 advent calendars. They were delivered to another country according to the tracking information. Have been told that a new order has been shipped. But they wouldn’t give tracking details. Have ignored every email after saying new order was shipped.
Got my money back from my credit card

Absolutely awful company. Said they delivered but not to me! Said they were resending but nothing has arrived. I have asked for a regund but now ignoring my email. Complete scam. DO NOT USE!

Do not order from them. A complete and utter scam. Ordered Charlotte Tilbury in August and still no order and no refund after many, many emails chasing! Also said it was sent to the wrong address-Ireland! Absolutely shameful when people are buying gifts for family and friends in good faith! If it looks too good to be true it usually is!

Appalling company. Ordered advent calendars in September. Clearly a scam. Will be contacting trading standards.

Shocking Company.I ordered Charlotte Tilbury set on 6th September 2023.Still waiting after numerous emails to them.I paid £49.98.I can't believe them !I will have to look into what my next step is to get my money back.
Also couldn't give them any stars it's set for 1or more no Zero's.

Still waiting for a Charlotte Tilbury make up set which was ordered in September. One excuse after another. This is obviously a scam therefore I have contacted Consumer Advice Service who will contact Trading Standards.

Wouldn't let me give no stars.
They kept me strung along for 6 months and kept saying my order had been delivered and they would send a new one. I have a ring doorbell so i know that's a lie. They wouldn't give a tracking number or proof of delivery. Kept telling me its been re issued and i have to wait 30 days.... no surprise.....no parcel arrived. this happened 3 times!
I requested a refund last week and NO SURPRISE....they will not respond.!!

As all other reviews been waiting 3 months same thing sent to wrong address this company is a scam do not waste your money
