SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Read all the reviews below. I can only repeat what these reviewers have already said about this company - they'll take your money but you won't receive your order. NOT WORTH ONE STAR!!!

THIEVES!!@ This doesn't meet a 1 star review. Like previous other reviews before me I have had the same thing happening with me. LIE after LIE after LIE!!! Total SCAMMERS, THIEVES & LIARS!!! PLEASE PLEASE noone buy from them. Don't make the same mistake as me and many others.

Do not buy from them I placed an order back in September last year apparently my parcel was delivered else where which they said they had sent me another and yet again the same thing happened I've sent numerous emails and all I get back it's the logistics company I've asked for a refund but they are saying they don't do refunds because its a low profit company well considering all the reviews I've just read this company are just fraudsters taking people's money but not sending goods they need to be investigated DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

These people are thieves. They have stolen my money. They have been promising me my item since August 2023 and it is now March 2024. Even today they tell me they have sent a new parcel. They keep blaming everything on the logisitics. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I told them I want my money back now and they still keep ignoring that and saying new item has been sent. They are blatantly lying. They need shutting down and Mr Jianfeng Lin needs arresting for fraud. They are also known as Ralon Trading. Everyone needs to report these to Action Fraud and get them dealt with immediately.

They took my money and refused to sent the products.
THEY SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY.
REPORT THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES
DO NOT HAND OVER ANY MONEY
SCAMMERS!

I have the same thing , I sent it twice to another address, from where do they even take the track ? I think we should sue them and get compensation.

Scammer!!! I ordered a vaccum from this company since August 2023 and never received it. Always made an excuse that it is a logistics error. Contact warehouse to send me the product again and again and never return my money back even though I asked for it many times. This company also uses Ralon Trading Ltd. Do not buy from them.

SCAMMER. Multiple excuses as to why my order hasn't arrived. My order was placed over 5 months ago. Luckily, I used a credit card, so I will be able to get my money back. Do not order from this company.
He also trades as RALON TRADING LTD.

Didn’t even want to give one star. Like everyone else writing a review I have been scammed as well. Ordered an item in August 2023 and have had email after email saying that it was delivered then they needed my address again then it’s been that the logistics company have not updated information for about the past 4 emails I have sent. Told them not to bother sending the item and I will take the hit of losing my money then they email again to say the will send the tracking information just give it a few days. TOTAL SCAMMERS

Yep. I got scammed too.

TOTAL SCAMMERS. I’m absolutely disgusted and feel cheated big time. I ordered items in August 2023 and still waiting. I have emailed them constantly only to get the same email back saying the same thing. They just say it must have got lost in transit 😡.
Don’t trust this man, he’s a full time SCAMMER 🤬

Fraude total!

Absolute scammers, take your money and don’t deliver the goods, avoid at all costs, been asking for a refund, since august, I’m absolutely disgusted by them, if your lucky enough to read this review before buying from this shower of S***, AVOID at all costs £50 down absolutely fuming

I've had the same happen to me. Bought in August last year. Sent out twice both to different addresses but not mine. Still getting the emails from them.

Scammers , don’t BUY from them. Took £60 off credit card and didn’t send good. Please don’t fall for it

I never received my order. This company/person is a TOTAL SCAM. Ordered on Instagram. Please shut him down and get him out of business

Please stay clear of this awful company and man who runs it. I ordered 2 mac makeup boxes in Aug 23, countless emails back and to. Yes he will reply, sorry wrong address, too many orders, please be patient. Its a pack of lies, he's got the money and never had any intention sending any goods.

Like all reviews beforehand, we have been scammed. Total disgraceful people. 😔

Ordered my item in August and have been fobbed off with a fake tracking number. Supposed to be at London airport customs for 2 months. And as everyone has said Jianfenglen lied to me every time I emailed him asking for my parcel.
Spread the word about this fraudster.

BEWARE VERY CLEVER SCAMMERS
like everyone else ordered from these total and utter scammers in August 2023
They provide fake tracking details say the items delivered to wrong address and that’s when jianfenglin starts the pretend emails and starts the never ending emails of utter lies

UPDATE
jianfenglin still continues emailing we are on the 3rd round of your parcel has been delivered to the wrong address etc etc
