As I read other reviews, I see that my experience is similar. I ordered 2 Chanel Advent calendar boxes (one was intended to be gift) which was delivered to location in Brooklyn NY. I live in Los Angeles. When I confronted them, they told me "logistics" made mistake, asked for my correct address and said to wait 7 days. After 7 days when asked for updated tracking, they told me that it was same number. They were sending someone to retrieve the package to resend it. This is ludicrous concept - no company will use same tracking number or retrieve misdelivered package. I played along long enough to report to my credit card company and received full refund. This was an Instagram sponsored ad.

This company is fake - they do t send anything and will not refund any money - Don’t buy anything from them!!

The same as everyone else. Angry at myself for not checking here first. Complete scam artists and I have no way of getting my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Totally fraudulent company. They keep the BS going asking for another 7 days to correct the issue. My product supposedly tracked to a location almost 1000 km from my home.

As with all the other reviews, this company took my money, said it had been delivered and like many others, tracking showed an address near Essex, some 100 miles away from where I live. This is where they claimed it had been delivered. Complete dishonest scammers, they have no morals and no honour. How can they get away with this?
Facebook, do you not investigate advertisers on your site or are you just happy to take the money, like them, and do nothing? Disgraceful and criminal.

This company is fake, they send fake shipping trackers and when it doesn't show up they insist on sending another package which also does not arrive. I have pressed them on several.occasions and they will not give me a refund and keep saying we will send another package....do not buy anything from this company.

Scam on facebook again. Delivered to Ireland where I don't live. Scam

Have given 1 star as it will not let me give anything less.
Ordered an item over Facebook 3 months ago, first showed as delivered but no address available, they asked for full shipping address for second unit they say it is lost.
Now asking for another 35 days to send a 3rd unit. This company is a complete scam and discussed with Face book why they allow companies on their sites.

We bought a Electronic game table from ad on Facebook in August and got tracking details, but still waiting. Have been informed that it has been delivered but the co-ordinate sent to is not the county we live in. How do we get a refund.

Order delivered to complete random address. Do not use!

Comme tout les avis je n'ai pas reçu ma commande,il ballade les gens avec de faux suivi article déposé a des km de mon lieu.. il continue toujours à exister.. a fuir et dénoncer sur FB car il sévit la dessus. Ça énerve quand même

Placed order 1september.They have not delivered but saying it was. Money taken. Gave me tracking number Which does not exist.
Do not use this company as it’s a scam.

Placed an order on the 14th Sept from a Facebook Ad for a Charlotte Tilbury make up box . I chased them and got a tracking number . This is now showing as being delivered in Ireland and I live in England . Absolute SCAM - DO NOT BUY

The fact that I have to give a star to write a review about this company is a joke. They don't deserve any stars at all. This company is a total Scam. Don't use them and please be aware they operate on Facebook. I ordered a tree on the 27th of August and as with other customers which I've just read about they have been giving me the run around. Please Don't Order from these guys I doubt I'll see my money. THEY ARE A SCAM. PLEASE BE WARNED. I have never received the tree I ordered total Scam.

This company is fake fraud and scam order my purchase a month ago and same as the other customer never received my order, Gave me the same run around as the other customer with the tracking number and sent to the wrong state so they claim. I am out of 59.00 I wont see that money.

NO STAR! Fake company! Stole payment of almost £50 from me for two MAC advent calendars and I received nothing. I then had a strange transaction from an unknown company. Currently in conversation Ruth bank to get my money back.

NO STAR AT ALL TO THAT, SO CALLED COMPANY…
I placed an order in august, I have never got my order.
As many other people, I wrote some e-mails, never got any answers.
FAKE COMPANY…..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I used Ralon Trading and they emailed back from fashionstormfushion - total joke spent 74.97 dollars, ridiculously as they are saying they are UK but evidently NOT. I was buying 2 beauty boxes of Mac make-up for my daughter and stepdaughter and they sent emails saying issues with tracking number not synchronising to their system. They said the number would be provided in 3 days and that was in 11 Sept 23, I ordered stupidly from a FB add on 26 August. I can kiss that money goodbye - Let the buyer beware !!! This company is a total disgrace to hardworking folks!!! I only clicked on the 1 star to write the review I would not give them a rating!!

placed an esky order - never got delivered, looks like FAKE site. Email from jianfenglin fashionstormfusion.com says they are trying to deliver but we never got the item.
Never place orders
