The most pathetic delivery service I have ever encountered. The delivery guy came without informing on a Sunday. I requested him to either deliver it tomorrow because I currently do not have 15k cash in hand as I wasn’t expecting a delivery delayed for 3 weeks on a Sunday afternoon. Z delivery guy arrogantly said then I will return this parcel. Customer service was also kind enough to have the same opinion. As if I wanted to waste my their time on purpose. Extremely bad service .

I had a truly terrible experience with Daewoo FastEx. My order was shipped on 15th September 2025 from Lahore to Rawalpindi, and even after weeks, the package was not delivered.

The tracking showed the parcel was already at Rawalpindi Main terminal since 17th September, but the status has been stuck at “Hold in Operations.” Despite repeated waiting, there was no communication, no follow-up, and no resolution from their side.

This level of inefficiency is extremely disappointing. Customers cannot rely on a courier company that keeps shipments on hold like this without explanation. If Daewoo FastEx wants to improve, they must:

1) Ensure timely delivery without unnecessary delays.

2) Provide transparent updates instead of vague “Hold in Operations” statuses.

3) Offer responsive customer support to resolve issues quickly.

I will not be using their service again and strongly caution others about such delays.
