When we are trying to register the complaint the contact number is showing invalid in any format, means they doesn't want to take any complaint

They are going so unprofessional. I'm facing delays and even the tracking ID of parcel don't work , I don't get it ,why they do such an inconvenient behave also the customer service couldn't respond either on WhatsApp and Gmail

My experience with TCS SENTIMENTS was very pathetic. Please do not pay hefty amounts on this service. Better find another service that can at-least deliver your order.

I recently opened a COD account with TCS in Lahore, and my experience has been very disappointing.
First of all, their charges are quite expensive. More importantly, I currently have 15 consignments, and PKR 8,000 PKR is still missing, which I have not received yet.
I tried contacting support, but both options are ineffective. The email complaint system has given me zero response, and customer care simply redirects back to email. It has been 3 days, and I am stuck in this cycle with no proper response.
Due to this poor experience, I am planning to close my account and switch to another service. Overall, the payment handling and management are very poor.

We sent a shipment from Lahore and received confirmation on 7th March that it was delivered and received. However, the parcel was never actually delivered to the intended person.
Instead, someone from the company received it themselves and failed to deliver it further. After more than a week (16th/17th March), we got a call saying the parcel is lying near Nowshera and we should travel 25 km to collect it ourselves.
This is unacceptable, especially when full delivery charges (2000–2500 PKR) were already paid.
Because of this delay and negligence, the person who was supposed to take the shipment to Poland has already left.
Now the company is even asking us to pay extra charges to return the parcel, which is completely unfair.
This shows a lack of responsibility, poor management, and misleading delivery status updates.
Not recommended at all.

My delivery was late 3 days and no customer care was provided and whenever I called to check whats the reason no one entertain properly and tracking system update automatically that receiver refused to receive whereas the tcs rider not came to my address then how you will comment that receiver refused to receive I didn’t get this logic that’s very stupid thing I have ever scene.

I had to receive a paid parcel from Lahore; however, the website stated that the recipient's address was closed. I contacted the help centre, and they said they would schedule it for the next delivery cycle, and the rider would call you. However, I never received the call nor the parcel, and this went on three times, and my parcel is nowhere to be found, for which I paid thousands. In the last call, the agent dropped my call when I complained about their irresponsibility. Why is this company even functioning??? I have never experienced such pathetic service. Even a 1-star rating is way too much.

TCS means third class service. I sent 2 persel on a same day. 1 from tcs lahore to centeral Punjab city 200km distan from Lahore, other from Lahore to aborad thorough *** service. Believe me out of country persel reached before time and tcs persel reached at wrong destination.

Extremely Disappointed – Never Supporting TCS Again!
I chose TCS over DHL specifically because I wanted to support a Pakistani company, but it was a huge mistake. I paid 13,000 PKR for a shipment that I was promised would be delivered in 4 days. It has now been 9 days, and my parcel is still nowhere to be found.
DHL offers 3-day guaranteed delivery for the same price, yet TCS has failed miserably. Their service is slow, unreliable, and their commitment means nothing. This has been my worst experience ever. If you value your money and time, DO NOT USE TCS. Stick to professional services like DHL.
