Extremely poor delivery service. My parcel arrived in my city a week ago and is still undelivered. There’s no proper communication, no updates, and no urgency. What’s the point of tracking if the parcel just sits there? Very frustrating experience
I had a very bad experience with Blue Ex Courier Company. I placed an online order, but they didn’t deliver it. Instead, their delivery person kept calling me. First, he confirmed my address, and later he told me to cancel my order because the items were incorrect. He kept insisting that I cancel the order from my side. When I contacted the helpline, they supported the delivery person and said he was right, claiming the parcel contained the wrong items. Later, when I checked the parcel status, it showed that I had refused to accept the delivery, which is completely false. The company is giving misleading information and not handling the issue properly.
Very poor and unprofessional service! I placed my order on October 22nd, and today is October 30th but I still haven’t received it. No one bothered to update me, and their customer support doesn’t respond properly. This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. Totally unreliable and disappointing I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
3rd class and cheap service , its my first experiance with BLUE-EX i place an order from Product website and from 14th June 2025 (8:59) AM till now 16 June 2025 the status is OUT FOR DELIVERY i still not have my ordered product and the shipment is from karachi not other cities.
If there is a negative review instead of 1 star, I would have done it. Aramex sent an important document from the UAE and took 2 days from the UAE to Karachi, but they can't do it in 4 days in a city. Very pathetic customer service and tracking system, and they always give lame excuses. I also emailed Aramex to revoke their partnership. Don't evern try Blue-Ex Courier service ever
