I found my application easier than expected and amielia was very helpful and she guided me through the process and helped me to get my claim up and running alot quicker and easier than I have experienced before with other companies.

My case is ongoing and being dealt with by Amelia Turner, she has been very informative keeping me updated with my case progression and any changes I need to be made aware of, she has been pleasant and very helpful in dealing with all my housing issues.

From start to finish FDM has been super helpful with my case. Ellie was my case manager and she has been prompt with replying to any messages or emails. My case has only been on going for just over 3 months and I didn’t expect it to be done so soon.
