I can't recommend FDM Solicitors enough. Frida managed my case with absolute profesionalism. Explaining the process every step of the way. In utter desparation I turned to FDM after living with black mold for over 3 years. Sanctuary Housing had completely ignored the problem. Once Frida was on the case, I was bombarded by workmen. Katie Morgan was an absolute star after a lot of shocking work from the Housing Association over amount of years as a case handler Katie was consistently keeping us updated with new developments and getting the Housing Association to do the work to rectify damages made by them and small compensation. FDM Solicitors team when she was not available was just as professional and clear when speaking to them they are always happy to help. If you are having any issues as a tenant Housing or council I would highly recommend this company.

I’m very happy with the service, rene Thompson made the whole process stress free and rene was polite and very easy to talk to, thank you very much you was a massive help to me

Firstly they harassed me to make the claim on what’s app messages.
Then when I did, they sent a surveyor to my home, I work full time so I had to ask a family member to wait in, I specifically requested that the surveyor only checks my bathroom which is the issue I was having with my social housing landlord & the only reason I went legal is because how long I was being left my the council.
The surveyor went in to my bedrooms, all around my home which I specifically told them I didn’t want to happen, clearly just solicitors looking for more potential money for themselves to try claim on.
Then once they contacted the council, they have hardly communicated with at all, the social housing landlord refused to discuss the repairs as it is legal and told me to contact the solicitor. Contact these guys at FDM & they don’t bother getting back to you. The surveyor only reported what they can make money off, they will tell you they’ll help you get everything sorted, that’s a lie. They couldn’t make money off my claim which is fine by me, I just want the repairs doing but now I’m even worse off because the landlord wont communicate with me, only the legal representative which can’t be bothered to phone the client or communicate with, unless there’s big ££ involved!

Wouldn’t recommend, not had a good service at all.
