Communication is the big word with this Firm.Kept me informed of progress of case and pushed housing association to commit to repairs required in my property

I contacted FDM Solicitors on Monday 13th January 2025 in regards to housing repair issues at my property with the council. Mike who I spoke to initially responded swiftly. We communicated through WhatsApp for sending all the evidence that I had, there was no delay in communication what so ever. Second day Tuesday 14th January 2025, I was allocated to a solicitor Fay Wilkins who called to Introduce her self. Unfortunately I missed her call but she sent a detailed email to me which I responded to. So far,my experience has been good and I have hope that I will get the right support that I need.

I just received a phone call at 9:20 today after speaking to the staff she is very precise understanding. I really like it. How she made me understand what is about just wanna say thank you. Well done 10 out of 10.

I had a disrepair claim with a very stubborn and ruthless Housing Association. I contacted FDM for help and immediately took up the case. Gabriella was my casework (legal representative). She used her expertise to put pressure on the Housing Association until they agreed a suitable compensation. The Housing Association was also able to complete all repairs. Gabriella kept me up to date with the progress of my case and she ensured that I got the right compensation. She’s professional, hard working, customer focused and extremely competent. FDM cannot let anyone down and I recommend them. They are the best!
