Been with fibrus for nearly 2.5 years. Fantastic conection throughout the 30 month period. Absolutely FANTASTIC Had what I thought was a massive problem with my WiFi throughout the entire house this morning when it was totally lost after a power outage. Rang the company (my recommendation at this point is to choose the callback option).
After 10 minutes a very polite calm lady called me back and asked what the problem was. Within 5 minutes everything was calmly sorted. Brilliant service and Brilliant staff. 10 OUT OF 10.
