I wished I’d switched to fibrus months ago. …

Having fibrus installed was extremely easy. The engineers came on time and were very respectful of my property. I have no more extremely annoying buffering and I couldn’t be happier.

Customer service Amazing

Customer service agent I spoke to was more than helpful was able to sort out my payment issues straight away with no issues, he was polite and welcoming and very confident in what they where doing.

Simple switch to a better provider

Simple to switch provider. I asked for the package I wanted and they took care of it, including informing my previous provider. Installation was easy... I opened the door and let them work away for an hour and all of a sudden, i had super fast broadband. I got a text from the installer the night before letting me the time they'd be calling and they were on the dot. Nice lads who were respectful and didn't cause a mess. Very impressed with Fibrus so far.

The young man who assisted me over the telephone was very professional and his first class advice resolved my problem immediately

Hope this is teething problems.
Since installation 0n June 09, connection to email has been slow, and sometimes doesn't come up at all. When it does come up, operation is slow. Can't get connection to some other sites. Printer and scanner has gone off line, and can't retrieve.
Seriously need help

Have to wait for telephone to work

Have to wait for telephone to work, was told it would take 5 days, that was June 2nd, now told it will be June 15th.
