Highly recommend Fibrus

Highly recommend Fibrus. Switched from another provider, which had got far too expensive, after years of being with them. I had some issues connecting everything, which was totally my fault. I contacted Fibrus and the gentleman was so helpful, having our connection up and running in no time.

No complaints, a good value change so far

Changing over to Fibrus has proved to be fairly simple, and so far our Broadband is just as good if not better than it was before with EE. The price is MUCH cheaper too!
All the staff we dealt with were helpful, polite and friendly.
The only negative was the bit of a wait to get connected, and having to be available when it suited Fibrus.

Very quick turnaround from order being made to installation.
Guys who did the install were first class. Very respectful and work done quickly and cleanly.
I had to reschedule the install date and the customer service rep was helpful and had it rescheduled quickly and without fuss

From making initial enquiry to…

From making initial enquiry to installation total 2 days, Less than one hour arriving at my home the connection was in place and Broadband was up and running. Although need to wait about 2 weeks for phone line becomes live.
The engineers who did installation were friendly, providing full explanation of what I should expect.

Owen displayed excellent customer…

Owen displayed excellent customer service with me. A friend is staying in my house while im away, once security questions where passed I rang my friend from my wifes phone and owen talked her through rebooting the Internet from my phone through my wife's phone to my friend, not a situation im sure hes ever experienced before 😂, but he handled it like a pro
