Exactly as described, and easy to build
Arrived in good time- 4 working days. Well packaged and good instructions. Had no difficulty assembling alone until putting roof on and shelves in.
Looks good, fits well in space and holds plenty.
Have taped all ‘seams’ inside and out to help keep ‘water resistant’ but looked pretty good for a modular build.

They deal with issues just give them time.
After all the issues with their supplier filstorage went out of their way to resolve it quickly there is no further issue and I am very happy with the result.
I won’t however be buying anything from Monster Shop ever again.

Product ok for the money
Product ok for the money, found it quite labour intensive to build.Mdf back panel did not fit it was to long ,had to shave sides to stop it bending when fitted.

Not very good and so expensive to return item, they want £45 to return an item, i didn’t pay £45 for them to send the item to me so it shouldn’t cost £45 to return the item

Hi Felicity, as per your correspondence with our Customer Service Team, you had mentioned you'd ordered the wrong items and you wanted to return them. You can return the goods as per your legal rights, and we have at no point said you can't return these. As per most companies selling larger goods, we do not offer free returns (which is clearly stated on the website) due to the associated costs. We have offered to arrange a collection to save you the hassle of doing so yourself. The costs for collection are similar to what we have to pay to send the goods to you. If we offered free returns, we would have to drastically inflate prices to cater for potential returns. We try to provide as much information on the website, and also have a friendly customer service team to assist with any enquiries to help ensure you are ordering the correct items.
Update: Thank you for amending your review, and we are glad you have retracted your comments that we did not allow returns.
That's great you have managed to source a cheaper alternative. The £45 is the carriage cost charged to us by the carrier company; we only pass this charge on. As per your review, it doesn't cost £45 to return the item - you are able to return this by any method that suits you and can shop around for cheaper carriage costs, we just provide the cost used by our carriers.
