Incomplete order
Order was late being delivered (not your fault) and when it arrived part of it was missing (or rather I had two lots of shelves but no shelving for corner unit.

Very pleased with my storage cabinet. The quality is good, it's spacious and it even looks nicer than I expected! It took a bit of thought to put together but then straightforward. The parts are marked accordingly to correspond with the instruction diagrams. I experienced exemplary customer service in response to a query, with friendly and prompt assistance. Would certainly recommend.

Highly recommend this company, the tilt draw units are great for my van very sturdy and good quality, the customer service is also 10/10, I changed my mind a few times and they was very accommodating! Great service!

Much longer to construct than 25mins, give yourself time
Usual delivery time. Arrived undamaged and as ordered, however the construction time needs to be advertised more realistically its nowhere near 25mins to construct

A welcome change from Chinese products
Very pleased with the quality of the cupboards. They are quite substantial considering the construction is plastic. A big bonus for me is that they are not made in China like everything we buy these days. The Italians obviously have skills as well. The assembly was very straightforward. Highly recommended.

2 parts did arrived damaged by transportation.
Emailed filatorage and had an email response within 20 mins.
I supplied the part numbers of damaged parts and received them the next day.
Nwver had such good customer service.
Will def order from them again.

The cabinet was difficult to put…
The cabinet was difficult to put together and time consuming . Once we got to part of inserting shelves we realised one of the shelf supports was broken. There were also cracks in one corner of the cabinet. We had got so far in putting it together that dismantling would have been quite difficult and time consuming. I thought this cabinet would have been more robust than it was.
