I ordered the BROOKLYN MATELASSÉ BY PINE CONE HILL QUEEN COVERLET and pillows. It was even softer than I had hoped and better looking in person. It was the perfect textured addition to my bedding. As a Canadian, I was extremely upset to discover that, in addition to the $86 (Cdn) cost for the product from Fine Linens, there was an additional $43 (Cdn) demanded upon delivery by Purolator...an additional cost that arrived without any forewarning by Fine Linens. In other words, I had to pay 150% of what I expected. In future, might I most strongly suggest that you offer candid and honest information at the time of sale. If I had been so notified, I would never have made the purchase.
