All items arrived in one box. Configuration was relatively easy on the web page. All instructions included for fitting and connecting. Excellent replacement for obsolete Google system. No problems encountered.

i ordered some materials that were needed as a matter of urgency and these guys had me covered, i was able to collect them within 10 minutes of ordering.

Great site, easy to navigate. The delivery was a bit slow. It took over a week to receive our order. The product we ordered was a vape detector with app notifications. Instructions recommend installing on a ceiling but the product only comes with a tiny power cable meaning I had to attach an extension to the ceiling. Hence only 3 stars

Still waiting on extinguishers to arrive. No indication that they were on back order when ordering online. Chased for an update and the quoted date has been and gone without further communication

I ordered intumescent wood filler (not a cheap product) and paid via PayPal. The invoice showed my correct address, but the parcel was labelled with a completely different address and delivered there. I had to go and collect it myself.
Delivery was charged at £21.50, which felt steep even for a correct delivery. When I contacted the company there was no helpful response. When I eventually spoke to someone on the phone they were dismissive – basically “you’ve got the product now, what’s the problem?” – and claimed that if I got the delivery charge refunded through PayPal their accounts team would just charge me again.
I raised a dispute with PayPal and they are refunding the £21.50 delivery charge. The product itself is fine, but the shipping error, lack of care when I contacted them, and the attitude on the phone left a very poor impression. Not a company I’d use again.

having taken our payment for an item showing instock and ready for delivery , i had to chase after a week only to be told the item was out of stock, unfortunatly getting a refund from this company is near impossible you would of thought a phone call would sort it but we are still awaiting , i would not recommend purchasing from this company

Awesome. I assembled my order online and was helpfully told one of my components would not have worked with the rest of the system. Delivery exactly as promised and one out-of-stock item following the next day. Customer Service was human and cheerful

I don't think this company cares about customers and is possibly a scam website.

I placed an order for items showing in stock (fairly standard items), after which I kept receiving adverts for products and offers for a few days but no sight of what was going on with my order. I emailed for a status update and was told "Hello, awaiting stock at the moment. We have chased this up for you. Support FDS"

Great, thanks for keeping me updated! Never mind though.

Continued waiting and got more marketing emails in the mean time but still no update on the order. I emailed again "Hi, please can you provide an update and a timeframe? The items were showing in stock when I ordered and this is appalling customer service."

I get a response back saying: "Hello, Sorry this order has been cancelled and refunded. Support​ FDS" ​​​​

Still no sight of my refund.

Excellent service, my original smoke alarms were obsolete, so I rang them to ask about replacements, so helpful and gave spot on advice sent me a link for the product they recommended and I ordered online, received next day.

Had a massive issue with dhl for delivery which I completely understand isn’t the sellers fault but they was about as much use a chocolate tea pot with trying to resolve the issue twice I was told I would get a call back or email and both time with 2 different people it never happened

Absolutely amazing, I’m a qualified electrician that has had more experience in the commercial solar industry and house bashing and never really ventured into fire alarm systems. Got to say that the tech support I received (I think from Paul) was amazing and based on this and reasonable pricing, this will be my go to for fire detection systems in the future x

The fire detection shop were brilliant, I required a part urgently for a job and they managed to get me the required part and delivered the following day and at a very fair price.
Also after some trouble returning parts recently after dealing with Paul who was extremely helpful we got the situation resolved.
Couldn't recommend the fire detection shop enough.

The products are good quality and what I wanted was in stock - at a good price. When I needed help with my order, I got it via phoning them and then later via email.
