Totally useless
Totally useless, ordered 10 fire log books on the Wed, heart nothing so phoned on the Monday to say I was going away on the Thursday and told was being dispatched that day, now Wed and still not turned up. When you are being charged over £ 10 delivery and told carrier will be in touch you expect at least some contact within a week!
Going away tomorrow so will be looking for a full refund!

Items never arrived. No tracking details provided. Then had to argue with them that where they had delivered was not my address. Still waiting on a refund overv2 weeks later. Avoid as customer service is shocking

Fire stick great product, delivery company used very poor
Easy to order online, good communication and very good product. Have mounted the Fire safety stick in new caravan. Very happy with product. Only problem was the delivery company Evri. Delivery driver just walked up to door, threw my package on the floor outside front door, did not even nock, walked off and record delivery as complete. Would recommend using a better delivery company
