It took over a week before receiving…
It took over a week before receiving the fire extinguisher. The fire extinguisher itself is date marked as being manufactured 2025 which is disappointing as I spoke to someone at Fire protection shop and they assured me that it would be 2026.

There was a big delay between the order…
There was a big delay between the order and dispatch. The company did not reply to emails or voicemails and now the courier says that they have delivered but, not to us, as the photo of the location of the parcel is not on our property. If I could award a negative star, I would.

Poor communication
I was informed that my order would be delivered in 4 days. I did not get any notification after paying over £250 only for me to call and find out that my order was out of stock and would not be with me for several weeks. Very poor service.
