Substitute product without consultation
Sent substitute product that didn't meet our requirements. Now have the hassle and expense of making a return and finding an alternative provided as you haven't advised if the product will be restocked anytime soon.

Be careful if margins are tight..
Orders come quickly, but I've asked to return an incorrect order today and been told there is a 10% restocking charge. I understand to some degree but when there is a potential of spending 10's of thousands of pounds, I think it's little short sighted. As it is I will return the items, pay the charge and find another supplier. Thing of the past, paying a restock charge and has left no profit in the job..
