Ignite+ Stoves Ltd Reviews

We chose Ignite to fit our woodburning stove as Darren was so good at helping us work out how we could reconfigure our lounge to accommodate it. Without his vision we may well of given up on the idea. On the day of fitting there had to be a small change of location but nothing seemed to be a drama or not possible. We trusted in their ability to make it work. During fitting the 3 men were careful to keep mess to a minimum, needing only to pop back the following day to complete some plastering . We now have fantastic duel fuel stove and have had plenty of use out of it . We were so impressed with how professional Ignite were but combined with a warm friendliness and humour,we would recommend them 100%.

We have nothing but praise for this company.
Installation was carried out efficiently and all on schedule as promised.
Very little disruption to the whole process.
After sales service excellent, if you want a log burner installed go to Ignite.

Superb job. Clean, efficient and professional, would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you so much.

We are so delighted with our new stove. From advice about the perfect stove for us, plus a brilliant choice of surrounds and hearths - we couldn't have found a better company to do the work for us. An experienced family business, excellent value for money and high quality workmanship and attention to detail. All fitted in one day! Amazing!

Arrived in good time and completed excellent job with care for the surroundings

In December, I had a log burner fitted by Ignite and couldn't be happier with the result. Darren & his team took great care with the fitting and plastering & made sure everything was tidied afterwards. An extremely professional job from start to finish & would highly recommend this company.

Ignite+ did a first class job of installing the wood burner and I would have no problem recommending them. I was impressed from the initial visit to survey the work to completion of the installation.
On installation day the team arrived as promised and the workmanship was high quality.

I was so impressed by the whole team! The installation was exceptionally efficient and clean, with a bespoke outcome that looks stunning. We had a superb experience using Ignite for our new stove. From Darren's initial visit to ascertain our wishes and give appropriate advice on site, our helpful visit to the showroom, through the installation process, to the friendly post-fitting visit to demonstrate the most efficient use of the stove, they were nothing short of outstanding! We were very impressed with the actual fitting, the team being helpful, tidy and good-humoured. We would unreservedly recommend Ignite, as we now have a wonderful stove which greatly enhances our room and home.

From initial enquiry to completed installation we have had outstanding service from all at Fires by Ignite. There was no high pressure sales rather an informative and considered approach taken by Daren.
We were able to make decisions based on his recommendations and believe those recommendations to be reasonable and appropriate.
The time frame for installation was explained and kept to and the installation team were very polite , friendly and did a professional job, even giving a thorough clean up when finished.
The cost of the new stove and the installation was very reasonable and fair.
All in all a very good customer experience.
I would highly recommend Fires by Ignite.

The whole process from start to finish has been an absolute pleasure.
Darren and Helen were brilliant with communication in the build up to the 'big day', and the installation team of Nat & Wayne really did this friendly company proud.
The installation was absolutely faultless. A hard, busy day no doubt, but everything was done with pride and to the highest standard. Nat & Wayne gave updates throughout, but i was completely happy to let them take the lead and suggest dimensions of the chimney breast, for example - it is well proportioned and looks fantastic, it is very clear they are experts! Their workmanship throughout is exemplary, especially given that most parts are now covered up - this made no difference to Nat & Wayne - as everything needed to be 'just right'.
I am still staggered what was achieved in just one day!
I simply cannot recommend Ignite+ enough.

Darren and the team offer a first rate service. Every interaction was perfect, from survey, showroom visit, installation to beam installation.
I expected the end result to be perfect, which it is, but additionally the whole team go above and beyond to ensure that the whole process is a pleasure. They take care in your home and you can tell that service really matters to them.

I can’t recommend Ignite+ highly enough!

Excellent installation from Darren Wayne and Team. It is was all done in a day and proper attention to detail throughout. We opted for the Clock Multifuel which looks great-not lit it yet-far too hot!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend Ignite enough. Darren and the team were incredibly helpful and professional and we are absolutely delighted with our stove.

Thank you to Darren and the team at Ignite, we are delighted with the installation of our new log burner and can't wait to start using it! Communication from when we emailed to request a quote to fitting has been impecable. We instantly liked Darren from when he came to do the survey/quote, he was very personable and knowledgeable and was very kind listening to our 6 year old daughter even though I'm sure it made him late for his next appointment! Helen was great at communicating throughout, organising a visit to the showroom and confirming all the details in readiness for installation. Darren and his team turned up exactly on time, the two lads who worked with him were lovely and polite. The job was finished in great time and everything cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely recommend Ignite to anybody looking to have a stove installed. Thank you to all the team!

Lovely, helpful and communicative team who helped us to achieve our dream! Huge selection of stoves/hearths. Speedy and mess-free installation. Recommend very highly!
