Ignite+ Stoves Ltd Reviews

We could not recommend Darren and team enough. We knew exactly what was happening on the day, the pre installation email was very thorough. The team tidied up after themselves, and gave us a demonstration of how to use the stove. Very polite and professional. See you in a year for a sweep! Susan and Dave

I chose Ignite+ because of the all the positive reviews and they didn't disappoint!
Darren is very knowledgeable and visited my property to explain the best option. I then visited the lovely showroom to choose the stove and type of hearth.
On the day Darren and his team did a fabulous job, removing my old fireplace to open up the chimney and replacing it - which I didn't think would be possible. All done within the day with minimal disruption and rubbish removed as agreed. Fantastic after care and advice on logs, kindling etc. Very pleased, thank you!

Informative, knowledgeable & helpful service from phone call enquiry, initial meetings at home & at the showroom, through to completion of installation. A short waiting time for the work to be completed once the order was placed.
The fireplace was opened up, prepared, stove & corresponding materials fitted & all rubbish removed, as agreed, within a working day. House left clean afterwards with only the necessary disruption.
All installers professional, friendly & efficient.
Thorough instructions & good communication of stove type & use after installation.
Hetas certificate received as advised two weeks after completion.
As yet, there has been no need for any follow up.

Cannot recommend this company and Darren enough! Looked after us from day one and ensured the best product met ours and our houses needs no issues at all. Also I’d like to mention outstanding service on after care also, helping on lighting the fire. Purchasing logs and equipment etc and encouraged contact afterwards. Ignite are Attentive, clean and respectful of peoples properties . I love my new wood burner and love how the team were so knowledgeable and gave OUTSTANDING service and were very much attention to detail can’t fault what so ever !. My house looks amazing and is so warm. Thank you team !

Exceptional! Look no further. From initial contact through to installation and subsequent minor follow-up queries the standards and levels were outstanding. Presentation, pitch, product options, advice, execution and support were of the highest order. Darren, Helen and the team made everything easy with a faultless level of engagement. Can not recommend Ignite+ highly enough.

Excellent service at a competitive price.
Darren & his team were friendly, professional & meticulous. The quality of workmanship, plastering work & tidiness is exemplary. Some of my friends and neighbours have also used ignite+ and sing the same praises.

Great experience, from original quote through to installation.

Really pleased with the log burner and already making a difference to the warmth in the house.

Would recommend!

From the initial communications and home visit to the installation of our log burner and beam, Darren was professional and courteous throughout.
The process was made clear to us right from the start and the work was conducted quickly and tidily. Somehow, on top of their top notch service, Ignite+ are also able to stay competitive in terms of price.
Highly recommended!

Thanks to Darren and his team for their hard work and professionalism fitting our new log burner in our seating room.

Darren and the team from Ignite did a standout job and had implication attention to detail from their initial survey, to helping select the right stove all the way though to how they cleaned up and left after themselves.

I’d highly recommend Ignite to anyone and thank them again for their service.

We’re very happy with our new log-burner, easily heats the whole house. It looks and feels perfect. We had a minor issue which was promptly dealt with by Darren and his team. We would happily recommend Ignite+.

I honestly could not rate this company highly enough - We used Ignite 7 years ago to fit our first log burner and didnt hesitate to use them again when we moved into our new house. Darren and the team couldnt be more accommodating. The prices are fair and the level of service and workmanship is second to none.
Top company with Top people. We are very happy customers again!!

Great work by Darren and team from start to finish, would fully recommend to anyone👍.

Really good communication and customer service throughout the process and more than happy with end result.

Extremely pleased with the service from Ignite+ Limited from start to finish. Very professional, Darren is really helpful and knowledgeable so choosing the stove was enjoyable and easy. Installation went incredibly smoothly and professionally. The finished woodburner looks superb and I could not recommend this company more highly.

Darren and the guys did such a great job. It wasn’t the easiest for them, but they pursued with a positive and proactive attitude. It was a pleasure having them in our home and were so pleased with the final result. Can’t wait to get burning!

We were wanting to have our open fire removed and a log burner installed, and wanted a company that could do the entire job. I spent a lot of time researching local companies and eventually after speaking to people and looking at previous installations I decided to invite Darren to quote me for a installation. For me the quality of the product and standard of workmanship was important and I also stipulated that I wanted the installation to achieve certain things that I particularly wanted and were important to me.Darren quoted me a price and assured me he could meet my expectations.I paid a very small deposit and then was invited to view the stove and hearth etc at his showroom so I could be sure it was what I wanted. An installation date was agreed and on the day Darren and his team arrived promptly and carried out all the work within a day.The work was completed to a very high standard and we are thrilled with our stove all my expectations were met and Darren and his team were professional polite and clean and tidy.I would wholeheartedly recommend you speak to Darren if you require a stove installation you won't be disappointed.

We were really pleased with the wonderful service we received from Ignite+ Limited. Darren helped us choose the perfect Charnwood stove for our room, dispelling some myths we had heard from other suppliers. We were expecting the quotation to be expensive because of the great, personal service we had received, but we were really happy to see that the quotation was really competitive. Installation was quickly arranged after a visit to Ignite's lovely country showroom, and soon after the stove was fitted to Darren and his team's exacting standards. Having friends and family in the building trade, nobody that has seen the installation has been able to find anything that could have been done better. I am very exacting, but the attention to detail on the installation is impeccable. It is a shame that Ignite can't complete all the other renovation work we have planned, as the whole process was completely painless!

From first visit through to fitting we had a a first class service! Good continuity. Darren is the first contact and then through to fitting and after care . Seamless! We are very pleased with our stove and the care that was taken during fitting. With no mess, we felt we had been very looked after by Darren and his friendly team. No hesitation in saying ‘choose Ignite’

Really pleased with the whole process from first enquiry to final clear up after installation. Darren and Helen have been very helpful during the pre-installation period with lots of information and a chance to see the stoves at the showroom. Darren was able to re-use my much-loved resin mantel and protect it from the heat, which is something I was told couldn't happen by another supplier. Ignite's price was better too. Installation took less than a day and Darren and Wayne left the place very clean and tidy apart from some inevitable dust on surfaces which I had neglected to clear of knick-knacks! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ignite.

Darren was helpful throughout the enquiry and ordering process. The team were pleasant and efficient and ensured the installation went smoothly. We are very pleased with our stove and would happily recommend Ignite to anyone looking to install one in their home.

Brilliant service from a very friendly/knowledgeable team.

Had some initial stock issues but communication was good and tried very hard to resolve. Final result is great.

Highly recommended.
