Ignite+ Stoves Ltd Reviews

We had the log burner fitted in June this year and it's our first time lighting it today.
I was looking for instructions to make sure that we were doing it right and realised I hadn't written a review.
Darren and 2 of his staff fitted the log burner and they were efficient, friendly, tidy and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Professional outfit, they know their stuff. Very informative at the outset, with regular updates throughout up to the installation. Great job installing the product, and they left everything clean and tidy.

5 stars isn’t nearly enough. Honestly the best tradesmen we’ve ever dealt with. From the initial visit and shop viewing, all the way to the end of the install, Darren and his guys were genuine, so friendly, and incredibly determined to fit the stove we were hoping for. Despite hitting quite a big snag with the flue that other installers probably would’ve abandoned, they went above and beyond to solve the problem. They did an amazing job and we can’t thank them enough. There won’t be a better company out there to buy a wood burning stove (or media wall!) from.

Very happy with our new stove. Darren and his team are reliable, clean and tidy workers. Nothing is too much trouble! The whole process from start to finish was straightforward and professional.

Very professional and friendly teams. Lots of advices when choosing the stove which definitely helped! Thanks for the installation.

Darren was an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout. He took the time to walk us through our options, shared honest advice, and was always quick to respond to any questions. The whole experience felt professional yet relaxed, with great communication at every stage.

Based on our experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ignite Wood Burners to anyone considering a new stove or fireplace setup.

The team at Ignite+ were brilliant. The team were extremely helpful and took time and patience to discuss what we wanted and available options. We didn’t worry about installation as we knew it was in good hands. The installation team were brilliant (efficient, careful, professional) and the final product is excellent. No regrets about choosing Ignite+.

We were impressed with Darren and the ignite team right from the start. From the quick response and visit, to the collaborative design and finally on to a seamless and very clean install, covering all aspects of the job.It was a pleasure to work with them and we are delighted with finished product. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Really nice guys, excellent job at a sensible price.
Sincere thanks!

Darren and his team provided an exceptional service, from start to finish. From the initial home visit, to the showroom visit & fitting, I was provided with options, clear explanations, instructions and excellent after care. It was really so straightforward and I am so pleased with my lovely new log burner. I would highly recommend!

From start to finish the service has been flawless. All my questions were answered thoroughly and patiently. Darren and Helen are so knowledgeable, approachable and helpful and communication was consistently good via email, phone or in person at their lovely showroom. The team who came to install the stove were professional, friendly and hard working. On leaving they left the areas they had been working in immaculate and my stove and the surrounding area looks stunning! The next stage is fitting the mantle shelf, demonstrating how to use my stove and advice on sourcing fuel etc. I can’t recommend Darren, Helen, and their team highly enough.

A great job of installing our fire and false chimney breast all in a day. Very professional attitude from all the team. All work was completed to schedule and all operational instructions delivered clearly and succinctly.

Darren and all were excellent throughout the entire process! Communication was spot on, any questions Darren and his wife quick to answer! One of few companies that wanted to come and not only introduce himself but actually visually inspect before offering you an invite to his showroom! The show room visit was an excellent touch!

From pre sweep to installation Darren and the team at ignite were super friendly, professional and informative throughout the day and left zero trace of installation except having a brand new log burning stove in my home!

If considering a log burner installation go with ignite and no other!

We have had our new Dunsley log-burning stove now for six weeks and are absolutely delighted with it. It lights every time with a single match and small firelighter, burns half the amount of logs as the old stove, leaves little ash, and the glass hardly ever clouds up. What more could we ask for. Thank you Darren for your excellent advice and help. A first class service.

Utterly thrilled beyond words ⭐️
From preliminary discussions to completed installation, the process could not have been more professional nor delightful. Darren, Helen and the team have so warm, knowledgeable and supportive to deal with.
Heartfelt thanks 🩶

Darren gave us excellent advice and service from the original visit through to the installation of our new stove. The installation by Darren and his team went smoothly and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. We are really pleased with the stove we chose, the Opus Aria 5kw, and have no hesitation in recommending Darren and Ignite stoves. A five star service!

Extremely professional, honest, hard working, fast!, cleaned up well after themselves, honestly cannot fault them. 110% would recommend to anyone, you won't regret it.

We contacted Darren at Ignite+ Ltd as we liked the concept that someone would initially come to our home to assess what our needs were and also to determine the feasibility of what would work within the property. The conversation we had at home with Darren was so useful as we gained an understanding about his approach to his work and helped us develop a working relationship with him

We then visited the showroom and looked at a few options that were recommended to meet our needs

Finally the fitting went ahead on the planned day with great efficiency and minimum impact on us

Throughout the process from our initial enquiry to the fire being fitted, Darren has come across as knowledgeable, courteous and very well organised. He even gives a list of advice following on the fitting about maintenance of the fire

Additionally Darren and his wife Helen are enthusiastic, excellent at communicating the timescale and very easy to engage with. Also his team of fitters approached the job in a professional manner
We would highly recommend this company

From initial enquiry to installation, Darren and his team were top notch. There was no agenda or hard sell, just great advice. The installation was painless, and the handover and next steps very clear. We're looking forward to years of fuss free use of our new Charnwood Country 4.

I recently had a log burner installed by Ignite+, and I’m extremely happy with the overall service.
From the start, Darren and the team impressed me with their professionalism.
The initial consultation was thorough, and Darren took the time to assess our needs and recommended the best log burner for my home. The quote was detailed and transparent, with no hidden costs. They answered all my questions and provided valuable advice on choosing the right model.
Throughout the process, communication was excellent. The team were responsive to my inquiries and kept me informed about the timeline. The team were friendly and courteous, making the entire process pleasant.
The installation was completed within the day, and the team did a superb job. They were efficient, respectful of my home, and ensured that everything was set up correctly before leaving. The area was left clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. The installation was done neatly and professionally, with attention to detail.
Thank you to the Ingnite+ team, I can’t wait to light it for the first time and enjoy it.

We have had a multi-fuel stove fitted by Darren and his team at Ignite+ and we would like to thank them for their excellent service. Everything was explained clearly and concisely and the work carried out to the highest standard although they encountered a few unexpected problems they got over them with ingenuity .
