FirstPoint USA Reviews

I would highly recommend FirstPoint USA as its a really good experience because you are meeting new people as you won’t know everyone there and it’s a highly competitive environment because there is gonna be people there who are better than you and that’s what makes it really competitive. The Staff there are super nice and friendly and they will look after you if you’re hurt. They also push you to make everything perfect and that’s what I really enjoyed as a lot of coaches do that. Overall I would recommend this to people who want to try a new experience in their football career and hopefully they are lucky enough to go America and keep that new experience up in their football career.

It was a great experience staffs were nice and experienced there was a lot of intensity and competition

Good training session which allows you to show your skills and hopefully be successful for the next step 👍🏻

Great trial, process explained very well, their experience comes through and they clearly know what they are doing.

Thank you for the opportunity. Fantastic project and the coaches were brilliant.

The initial talk about what First Point USA is and how they help to get student athletes over to the states. The coaches all wanted the best out of us during the session and made sure everyone understood what to do.

Got the best treatment from Staff members they were pushing me alot which made the trials more enjoyable. It was very competitive everyone was there for one reason to get accepted and that made the game more competitive. I loved the pitch and the location was great.

Friendly staff-Barnet

Professionally organised, set up and ran. If you/your child are even remotely interested in the US student athlete path, you definitely need to keep FirstPoint USA in mind!

From the minute I turned up I was made to feel welcome. The guys run you through everything and give you an insight on what it is like to play out in America. The drills/ matches are set out almost like a professional footballers training session. The facilities were great and standard of play was pretty good. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Great experience from start to finish. The team were really helpful, explained everything well and made the process feel straightforward. I'm looking forward to continuing with them.

Great coaches! Explained everything. Excellent facilities. Good competition.

Great coaches which are passionate about us players and actually cares about the players performance which Inf my opinion is it fantastic and I loved it.

The professionalism of the coach’s while also being friendly made for a great experience

I had the chance to meet new people and improve on my weaknesses and also learn from experienced sportsmen

It was really competitive and fun. I really enjoyed the session

Working with ex professionals and having coaches there with the knowledge and experience of how scholarships work out in America is really helpful when learning about the different opportunities, I found the session really well spread with different types of training that I completed, when learning different techniques and using them in the session, it helped pick out the players that they required to make it to the next stage, the only problem would be how the competition is spread as some players are not as skilled and may slow down different sessions, but the staff that were there made it clear to them that they need to improve or try harder, if there would be anything I would change it would be explaining the level of football that you would need to be for certain divisions within the ncaa, going into the trial some people said they were unsure of the level needed to achieve a scholarship, but the trial itself was really well planned out and I am very happy to have competed in the trial.

I felt the training was high quality and gave me an insight on the standard of football. I was glad to get the news that I passed the assessment and now I’m exited for the interview.

Was a really great experience, each coach was very knowledgeable and supportive, felt very professional.

west midlands trials was great apart from the £20 attendance fee which is not noted anywhere apart from that great football sessions
