So far, my experience with the crew at Flash Forge has been excellent the support crew are right on the program with fast precise responses and are very friendly highly recommend their printers too as I have both the AD5M and AD5X both absolutely amazing could not be happier.

I purchased an AD5X from Flashforge, the printer is excellent however my IFS began to malfunction I contacted them yesterday and an advisor by the name of CoCo is sending me a new IFS unit. The AD5X is amazing and very easy to put together. My only thing is the miss leading of being able to use an iPad or mobile. You will need a laptop or desktop. And then you will be golden but product other than that is amazing well worth every penny you spend and building diy encloser is fun with the family
Flashforge Will Be Your Best Choice
I got one in November of 2025 and told that was a bad choice that i should buy a different Manufacture. Well here we are 4 months later and not one regret. It has performed flawlessly. Sure i had some bad prints but that was learning how and what to set
The adviser that told me not to buy Flashforge has now bought 2 of them as could not believer how well mine work and did such great job He has been 3D printing for over 10 years The other point is that if you have a problem you can contact support and they get back to you immediately with solutions Amazing Company You will never regret have a FlashForge for 3D printing

At Christmas time I bought the 5M pro and since then we have gotten about 60 rolls of filament. Everything has shipped in a very, very timely manner. Just this last week I went online to buy the AD5x printer, I purchased it. However, I noticed right away on Amazon that I could’ve bought the machine but with a four year warranty through Amazon, I immediately emailed/flash for I asked them if I could cancel my purchase with them, but then go on their website on Amazon re-purchase it so I could utilize purchasing the four year warranty plan. They accommodated that request I was so appreciative..

IFS Module is defective
IFS Module is defective from the Manufacturer. Sent an email 2/28/2026 and as of 3/10/2026 still have not received a confirmation on a replacement part. They continually ask for additional information that has been provided in multiple formats.
No way of updating without Wi-Fi
I bought an AD5X and now Orca - Flashforge is telling me to update the firmware. The only problem they do not have a firmware download. I have to connect the printer to the internet via wifi. As the printer is in my workshop which has no internet access this printer is now useless. I expect a company to provide proper support for an item of this price but flashforge could not care less. Fortunately I only got the printer yesterday so it will be going back for a full refund so I can buy from a company that actually supports it's devices.

Shockingly Poor Customer Service & Faulty Product
I bought a Flashforge 3D printer as a Christmas gift. From the very first use on 25th December 2025, it has been faulty and unreliable. Constant blockages, prints not sticking to the bed, excessive noise, and repeated failures.
I have spent months in communication with Flashforge, following all advice and troubleshooting steps, yet the printer is still unusable. Now I am being told they are closing for holidays, causing even more unacceptable delays.
At this point, I have no option but to pursue legal action to obtain a refund.
Extremely disappointing service and product quality. I strongly advise others to avoid.
Don't Order--Will Get Stuck in Customs With NO REFUND!
I ordered the enclosure kit from FlashForge. Nearly 2 months later, I still didn't have it and they broke promise after promise saying that it was stuck in a customs inspection. Then claimed that there are no "refunds" for accessories. Go with another brand that cares about customers.

I brought this printer in October as a Christmas present for my niece and nephew in December. Long story short I just got the printer together yesterday printed one thing just fine then I started printing another item. It was halfway done before I went to bed and when I woke up, I had spaghetti strings all over the bed all over the floor. It was just shooting out all my filament that it was wasted… It also broke the nozzle off along with the hot end and it’s clip and I can’t get a single person to help me with more than reach out to someone else… I have been emailing back-and-forth and I understand the time difference but he responds to me. I immediately respond back so I know that they’re available but he doesn’t respond. I tell him I will buy the pieces if that’s what I need. I’ll take the full hot end and extruder assembly and I’d gladly pay for it but there’s no way that app printer should only last two days from the box and they just keep telling me I’m outside of my return window. I’m outside of my window and I’m outside of my warranty window and when you go on their website, both of those parts are out of stock and now that I am looking and reading this printer was purchased on Amazon brand new in October and now you can’t get replacement parts because the parts have been discontinued and you cannot get the version two parts to replace on this printer because they are not compatible they duped me and I am out 300 and some dollars and I am going to write probably a review every single place I possibly can because I have never been more infuriated with the company in my life. I wasn’t asking them to replace the printer or anything of that nature I even offered to pay for the parts and he hasn’t even responded to me to go on the site which I had already told him that it was sold out on the site sold out on Amazon and pretty much anywhere else. I look on the Internet because it’s discontinued. They sold me a useless printer that you cannot fix if it breaks and leaves you with the only option to buy yet another printer because you can’t get parts for the current one ridiculous they don’t even have it listed as version one or version two when you look on Amazon, you can’t tell what version you’re getting.
SCAM - no delivery or refund
I ordered an enclosure from their UK Website for my new AD5X 3D Printer. The printer came from Amazon without a problem. The enclosure was not available from Amazon, so I went to their website - HUGE MISTAKE. FlashForge do not know how to deliver! I ordered the enclosure kit on 2nd December 2025. After a month, trying to deal with "seel" the insurer for the delivery (seel are totally useless) and still no delivery or refund, I contacted FlashForge directly, they have not responded after more than 10 days and multiple emails. I WILL NEVER BUY from FLASHFORGE again - their support is non-existent, and they take your money and do not deliver - whether or not the printer works fine, I would avoid this company. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas, he ran about 3 kg of filament through it and the nozzle would not hold its temperature. I was told sorry for your luck. It's 30 days passed the purchase date. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is crap. I would say don't buy from flash forge. Go somewhere else, buy something else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...$350 for nothing...I am also contacting the BBB.
It’s fraud
It’s fraud. I emailed them pics and video of the delivery showing the damaged box and the delivery driver letting my printer fall from his hands while standing.. radio silence…. $500 Down the drain. Along with the advertised accessories in the pictures of the product and you don’t get any of it…. Get these clowns out of canada
The worst customer service
The worst customer service. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since I placed my order. And for them 2 weeks it’s still been classed as preparing shipment. I’ve email 3 times on updates, with not one reply. This was a birthday gift which now now has past. I’ve asked for a refund, so wish me luck on getting that.

I bought a ad5x and wanted a enclosure. So decided to order on their website instead of amazon. Big mistake there. They take forever to ship when Im only 2 state away and than when it ship they out the wrong address and now it is getting ship back. They said they will send me another one when the old one comes back to them. I aint waiting another 2 week to months for it. There customer service seem like bot only. I should of not have tried to try a new brand. Bambu Lab never once F me over. I guess I ll be sticking to bambu Lab only from now on.

I was promised two free filaments with a purchase of a printer. I received the printer, and it is doing great—near perfect. I also ordered an LED Strip with it, but it was not sent to me. The website does not say anything about it being out of stock or not. I really would want my promised free filaments, and of course, the LED Strip I have paid for.
I even have a picture that states that I will receive two free filaments with an order of Flashforge Adventurer 5M.
UPDATE:
Flashforge Support did help me out. They have sent me my LED strip and the two filaments that you get for free when you purchase a 3D printer, so well done.
I give 4/5 stars only because this should not have happened. There should not be a need for a few emails to fix this.
