Flip Connect are a professional and efficient phone provider. We have recently moved our company phones over to a VOIP system with them and the level of support and service was brilliant.
The have always provided us with fast and clear customer support and are quick to resolve issues.
I would highly recommend Flip Connect as a telephony provider.

Very smooth set up. A couple of gremlins but as to be expected and all issues were handled and resolved professionaly. The service is personal, which is always welcoming. Our staff are happy with the system which is a feat in itself!

We were nervous about changing our phone system but really needed the functionality, cost savings and better handsets that the upgrade promised. We were very impressed with Flip who took care of everything with no disruption to our call handling. We also found the training they provided really valuable in getting us up to speed on the new system. It has worked perfectly and when we have had training related issue Flip have been happy to help.

As an SME, you appreciate the personal level of service and explanation you get with Flip. We have used Flip's services since we were founded - 10 years ago now - and have never thought of moving. Flip has helped us grow with different solutions over the years and are always on hand when needed.

Flip supply our VoIP service and telephony hardware as well as our 100MB leased line. All services perform excellently and on the rare occasions we have had to call their support they have dealt with our issues promptly and courteously. I recommend them to anybody.

Great company to work with. Always willing and able to help out where they can. You probably don't realise it but you need great customer support for when things happen at your end that needs quick actions, not just for when you don't know how to use a button!

Since day 1 the service has been professional and friendly and they now manage the phone systems and leased line at both our businesses. Always someone at the end of the phone if needed, but they rarely are as both the product and service is so reliable. More than happy to recommend

Have been with Flip Connect for many years, during this time have always had great support. The team at Flip are a pleasure to deal with and nothing is ever a problem for them to sort out. In addition they are local to us and will always call in if we need any reassurance on any issue. Top Service and Quality Installation.
From the first visit by Russell through to the installation everything has been as described and completed successfully. The new phone system has saved us money and given us a more professional system. We made a few tweeks to the system once it had been installed to refine it to our requirements and this was all completed swiftly and with great customer service, I would recommend to anyone.

We have been a customer of Flip for many years now. We recently moved office and continue to use Flip Connect for our telecomms. The office move was a triumph thanks to Russell and his team. The new system was installed and commissioned on time with the phone system up and running on our first day in the new office. Team Flip was on hand that first morning ensuring users had no phone issues. The Support team and help desk is very efficient. The monthly billing reports are an excellent tool for our finance team.
