Our experience with Flip Connect has been nothing short of excellent. As a business, reliable and efficient telecom services are crucial, and Flip Connect has consistently delivered on both fronts.

From the initial setup to ongoing support, their team has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. The quality of their internet and phone services has significantly improved our daily operations, ensuring seamless communication both internally and with our clients.

Flip Connect has excellent customer service. Whenever we’ve encountered any issues or had questions, their support team has been quick to resolve them, often going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction

Flip Connect have been incredible and a truly friendly professional team who have helped myself and my business navigate through various things that I don't understand. They have installed a completely new system for us and it's changed the way we run as a business. They're always on the end of the phone to help when needed. I highly recommend them.

What can only be described as a case study in how NOT to approach customer service. My experience dealing with Flip Connect was entirely negative - and it seems I'm not the only one.

Utterly appalling in every sense of the word. We entrusted our business to Flip Connect and they failed us in more ways than I could have imagined. They failed to provide us with the service they were contracted to provide, they cost our company tens of thousands of pounds in downtime and lost revenue as a result, and I felt bullied and threatened throughout. Lawyers now involved, with claims to follow. What a mess - and what a terrible company.

Do not have an issue with the service they provide , but when you need to cease the contract because it is no longer required. There terms are 30 day unless you then find out that all contracts automatically renew without notice at the end of the contracted period so you can not get out of the contract..... They say its in the contract you signed, but only in the small print.... read all contracts carefully from Flip...

We just had Flip Connect install our new 3CX phone system. The whole experience was extremely professional from start to finish. They discussed with us our requirements, being a service company for Smart Home technology it is important that our clients can reach us in and out of the office so it was important for us to have a flexible system that would work on any device. We were also able to use our existing desk phones which saved additional costs. The day of the installation Rhys turned up to configure our devices and the additional services we required, he was really professional and detailed with his approach. The system was setup in no time, the numbers ported over and there was little to no disruption. Rhys then spent some time training our staff on how to use the system and made sure everything was working as it should be. The 'icing on the cake' was the fact that the new system was half the price of our previous VoIP provider with twice the features! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flip Connect to companies looking to refresh their phone system and happy to share my experience. Well done guys!

We have been using flip connect for a few years now and the support is always on point! ... Recently we upgraded our IPT Phone system made sense to use Flip again and was extremely happy with both the advanced planning and the installation ... 10/10 Service!!!

We have used Flip Connect for many years now. We have always received a solid service from them. They do what is needed to assist you with dealing with any issues. They were extremely helpful and flexible throughout the upgrade process of our phone system. They are a friendly team whom I would highly recommend.

The support team are always there to help and can speak to you are the level you are comfortable at.

They dont hide how things work and are happy to let you manage the systems as much or as little as you like.

We were recommended Flip Connect by our IT partner, it is always a worry when you move from a known provider but I am so glad we made the move. The customer support, training, knowledge and efficiency of the team have been fantastic.

All new systems have their teething problems but Flip have been on hand to resolve any issues quickly. The training material available was a great support when rolling out to our team.

The whole team at Flip Connect has made our transfer over to them super easy. The installation was done very quickly and efficiently. Training was given in a clear, easy to understand manner and the customer support afterwards has been exactly what you'd want from any company. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Flip Connect are the best phone company I've worked with - they are flexible, respond quickly to questions and were great to work with when we were upgrading our system - we would recommend them.

Finally a telephone system that integrates and works seamlessly and reliably. The team at Flip set up our new Telephone system, it was seamless with no work effected downtime and an added bonus it saves us money over our previous one.
