Keeping energy costs low.
I have been with Flipper for some time now and they still continue to keep our energy costs low with little or no effort from ourselves.
I would not hesitate to recommend Flipper to others.

Very dissappointed
Very dissappointed. I have been paying twice for my gas/electric during April and May to 2 different suppliers (total £660.12). Have had no reply since 26th April from Flipper. Very poor and slow communication. Please can someone reply to me!
( This issue has now been resolved and I have received refunds for overpayments).

Flipper for savings and service.
Since, because of the nature of Flipper's business, I have to deal with various separate companies through them, I can only say that they are always there to straighten out any difficulties. They always reply and apart from anything else, they save me a substantial amount of money by finding suppliers for power that I haven't the resources to find. They are professional, personal and on the ball.

I have been asking for a smart meter since I joined and being flipped several times , I still haven’t received it
To reiterate
My wife and I are disabled and can’t get readings
This information was told to you 3years ago and retold several times
If I do not receive a smart meter I will be cancelling my subscription to you

Absolutely atrocious!
Update!
Having received a phone call literally minutes after posting my review, I was promised by the girl who called that I would have continuity and she would review and update me daily until a satisfactory outcome was reached. I followed the advice she gave me, only to be told by the other utility provider, what she asked me to do was not legal. I immediately emailed her back to inform her of this and ask for advice. Needless to say I have never heard back from her. I have however heard from one of her colleagues, who has again given me conflicting advice.
I am under no illusion that the only reason I was called by Flipper was because of this review so the review remains one star (only because I can’t give anything lower)
ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!
Absolutely atrocious! Flipped me to a more expensive tariff which has now been an ongoing issue since January. No continuity in who you are dealing with. Conflicting advice given then just forwarding on emails with no input. They have now just cut me off, leaving the issue unresolved.
There are other companies offering this service, don't take the chance, use another one!!

Left in the dark by Customer service
Told I was being transferred to a new Green Energy tariff, looked on their website and found two different rates both called the same thing, we were going on the more expensive one. Emailed Flipper customer service and got a standard bland response with no explanation or apology. No idea what’s happening. Same on my mother’s account and no response! Poor.
After the call - felt more reassured but still a little unnerved by all this and will study future flips carefully.
