Flipper are great!
I have been with Flipper for a long while and have always found them to be professional and trustworthy. I pay my small yearly subscription and they do all the hard work. It really couldn't be better.

Rubbish!
Have tried to switch to Green now 4 times but they can't donit. They come back with bland emails that give no reason. My current supplier has confirmed the switch but still Green can't do it - not trying another time!

Flipper shows how quickly you can make cost savings.
It was too early in our relationship to seriously comment on Flipper and whether they have helped me. Now that we are established with our new supplier we can confirm that Flipper have done a great job in finding a new supplier who will give us a tremendous cost saving.
Thank you Flipper for doing a good job and quickly, which should save us a lot of money.

Flipper review
I have had a fabulous experience with Flipper having been recommended it by my Dad. I have saved a significant amount of money on my electricity bills which were getting ridiculous. I only have electricity I my home so this has made a huge impact on my direct debits. I think I have saved about £550 pounds since signing up which has been fabulous. Excellent customer service. Staff are quick to answer the phone and give advice about tariff swops etc. Very pleased.

Great service and customers come first with Flipper.
Flipper have always behaved towards me as their customer as most important - not energy companies. That is the way round it should be for a switching service. While there is a fee (if they save you money) I feel this ensures I am the most important part of the equation with Flipper - whereas other companies, who offer switching services for free, most likely make their money by making back hand deals with energy suppliers. This likely does not lead to the cheapest energy prices nor the best customer experiences. So I would recommend Flipper to anyone looking to take the hassle out of energy switching.

.As I understand the process they trawl the most up-to-date energy offerings and select's the appropriate tariff which matches your provided criteria.
I have been with Flipper for one month now nevertheless, I have had insufficient time to assess the cycle completely.
As things stand at the moment I am fully satisfied with the performance of the Flipper team.

I've been a member of Flipper for several years…
I've been a member of Flipper for several years. I'd recommend it because
- I've certainly saved a lot of money.I was taken aback by the size of the saving when I first joined.
- switching has generally been straightforward although it does depend on the efficiency of energy suppliers which can vary a lot
- I've never had a problem in contacting Flipper when I needed to talk to someone to sort out a problem and the staff are very helpful and responsive
- I can't be bothered to research the best deals myself. Life is too short. So getting someone else to do the legwork makes sense.

Switching is so easy with Flipper - there's virtually nothing to do! If you need to contact them their help-line service, which is based in the UK, is enormously helpful and I've never had to hold on for more than a minute. I've done about seven switches so far and all completed without any hassle. And saved money at the same time!

Very poor in getting help to having a new meter.
Despite changing suppliers and still taking my DD, we were without a meter for about 10 months, with no sign of any refund. Very poor, and confirms my opinion of the privatised electricity travelling circus.
