Excellent customer service were able to locate my flooring in their branch in Ireland and ship over to Manchester. We’re able to supply my flooring within 7 days which meant there would be no delay to my house renovation project. Kept me updated and informed of the delivery dates. Never received the samples ordered. Telephone line a premium number. Don't necessarily want to spend lot of money waiting for someone to follow up on the order placed.

Disappointed that one of the boxes was rip open all the way down one side and some of the lengths were damaged on the edge and the tags were broken off. I didn’t think until after I had taken them off the pallet that I should have taken a photo. So warning to others take a photo of proof of damage.
