Non existent post sale customer service. i ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my office as a surprise for my colleague but the delivery address was wrongly indicated. Over the past 18 hours I have written, texted and submitted a feedback, along with 10 over calls to various helplines 9727 9363 and +65 6653 1219 and no one has been able to help me. This will be the last time I order from this platform.

Customer Service, Aina is helpful and replies were very prompt. A pleasant experience.

It was so easy to order from their website. I was googling on birthday cake or wine to deliver to my cousin and FNP came up at top of the list. I looked into it and liked what I see. When I tried to make order, I saw on bottom right, a phone icon so I clicked on it and was able to text and Aina was on the other line. Aina was very patient and helpful and got me a little discount which she emailed me the QR code for me to make the payment. Overall, it was very easy for me, a 63 year old lady, to make my order. Thank you Aina!

Ordered a wreath and it was nothing like the photo. Should have read the reviews before ordering. So many negative reviews and I fell for it. 😢 Feeling very embarrassed and they offered me a $20 gift voucher as compensation… adding insult to the whole experience.

Aina from customer service called me asked how else she could be of help when I was taking some time off to finalise my orders online. She offered me reasonable discount as a returning customer and proceeded to make the orders. She ensured the details of the order were accurate and continued to support even when I had to take sometime off in between my messages. Thank you Aina for the support. Allowed me to quickly proceed with my orders with cost savings!

Extremely disappointed with the service from FNP. I placed an order for a Father's Day cake via Grab at 3.35pm, and it was supposed to be delivered by 5.00pm, well before my guests arrived at 7.00pm for our celebration.

At around 6pm, I received a notification stating that the cake had been delivered, but no cake had actually arrived. I called FNP at approximately 6.50pm and spoke to Mr. Ayush, who assured me that he would check with his team and call me back. Unfortunately, no callback was made, and I had to repeatedly contact him myself just to get updates on my order.

Finally, at around 8.00pm, Mr. Ayush informed me that there had been a technical issue and asked if I still wanted the cake delivered, which would take an additional 45 minutes. By then, our Father's Day celebration had already been disrupted.

Due to this poor service, I had to spend extra money to purchase another cake at the last minute. It was a complete waste of time, caused unnecessary stress, spoiled my mood, and most importantly, ruined our Father's Day celebration.

FNP seriously needs better management and contingency planning during peak periods, especially on important occasions like Father's Day. Customers place orders for special moments, and reliability is crucial. Sadly, this experience was far from acceptable.

Aina put down the wrong address. The delivery man had to call me to get the correct block number, and then he placed it at the wrong unit after.

FNP has been my to-go gift purchase ordering platform. On time delivery and items were nicely packed and done. Great service given by Aina today to help expediting my order due to some glitch from the website. We love your service FNP! KEEP IT UP!
