Needed assistance splitting my order so that the items in stock were not held up from shipping due to a few items that were pre ordered. Nikki was super helpful in getting those items separated and getting my in stock items sent out to arrive before the Super Bowl.

Our daughter has the Lfc 3d small crest, it fad a fall and we were unable to locate the instructions. After emailing FOCO and true to their word they replied promptly and we're able to forward the building instructions. We are so grateful.

My son found an old brick set he wanted to try to build again but we misplaced the instructions. Customer service quickly responded with a pdf of the instructions! Super impressed ❤️

Amazing customer service
When I had a problem with the bag I had purchased this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Could not fault them would highly recommend.

WE ORDERED A SNOOPY BOBBLEHEAD. IT ARRIVED IN AN EXTREMELY WELL PACKED BOX AND THE BOBBLEHEAD WAS WELL PACKED.

UNFORTUNATELY, THE BOBBLHEAD WAS DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

WHEN I NOTIFIED THE COMPANY, THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT A REPLACEMENT BOBBLEHEAD.

I originally placed an order which got shipped and arrived very quickly. However, I received the wrong item. I contacted customer service and they sent me the correct item right away.

I had a mis shaped brick in the set and I contacted the customer service through email. I had an immediate response and was sent the replacement bricks.

Received an item that was broken and the customer service was great. Went above and beyond.

So right around December 22/23 I ordered a Buffalo Bills women’s Sherpa one piece Pajama set for my wife for one more “ last minute gifts”. The “order” arrived about 8 days later and actually turned out to be a totally different item all together, it was a Buffalo Bills helmet Lego/puzzle which was much cheaper than the pajamas that I paid for. I had no choice but to email this company because they have ZERO phone support. A few days later they replied saying they will ship the original item out with 2 day shipping right away. It is now January 15 and nothing from them, no more email responses or anything. I even threatened to turn them into the Attorney General’s office and the BBB and still no response. Terrible “ company “. Probably some scammer operating out of his mother’s basement!

They exceeded my expectations. Please doing business with them and I’d recommend using them. Quality of good excellent.👌 👌👌

I’ve had a few issues with the package coming in broken, but their customer service is top notch and has made the experience absolutely amazing. No hesitation, sent me another one and got it done and I don’t have to wait long for a reply from them. I’ll absolutely be buying from this company again.

We received what is definitely counterfeit merchandise. Our Chicago Bears comforter set says "Ravens" all over instead of Bears.

Unfortunately my package got lost in transit but I reached out to customer service and Nikki was so helpful! They thankfully sent me a new one on them! Will definitely order from here again!

They took care of my order and were able to make it right, great customer service. They value their customers and have great contact with them.

When constructing the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Toy, we could not find the stickers. I reached out to Customer Service (George) who promptly and efficiently shipped out the stickers we could not find. Excellent service!

Terrible company. Ordered a week before Christmas for a gift to my mother. Guaranteed by the 24th. Nothing showed, no notification. Emailed to see where it was and said it never shipped. Was told they’ll send it out asap. Week and a half later, nothing. Email again “we are helping people from dec 31-Jan 1st and will get to you when we can”. Emailed 2 days later, “helping people from Jan 1-Jan 2 will get to you when we can”. Finally hear from someone 3 days later, “should we just cancel the order”. Not to mention 1 of the 2 items were a free pair of slippers for spending so much on their site. Say they resent the order, no tracking information and a message “let us know if you need anything”.

Do anything you can to avoid this joke of a company.
