The wrong item was shipped. Customer service responded by email and shipped the correct item at no charge. I was very appreciative.
Awful. Long and unnecessary communication
My son was bought the dortmund lego set. Once he started building it he realised that not all the parts were there. Contacted customer services who took an age to reply. When they did respond I was told that the faulty set could not be returned and replaced if the bags had been opened!!!!!!!!! Of course the bags were opened as that's how he found the pieces were missing!!! I didn't want to keep the set i wanted to return it to be replaced!! So instead I was told we'd have to count the pieces and let them know what parts were missing there are thousands of pieces in this set!!!! So cheers for that Nikki!!! The replies are unnecessary and patronising. I would definitely read all the negative reviews before purchasing from this company. I'd never buy from them again! Awful customer service
Missing parts
I ordered a pack in the fanshop of a football club and unfortunately there were missing parts. The FOCO service did not hesitate to send me the missing parts. The service is superb

I ordered from FOCO December 9th, 2024, and they kept saying my order was on its way. Of course it was promised to arrive well in time for Christmas. My whole Christmas was ruined because my order never arrived and was unable too give my grandkids their gifts and I felt awful and they were so disappointed. OK, now I kept getting E-Mails saying it’s on the way. So today December 31st, I received an E-Mail stating the shipment was cancelled and the item wouldn’t be coming at all💔💔 I’m so unhappy with this company I can’t tell you. Please listen, do NOT purchase items from FOCO EVER they do not care about their customers what so ever
Really poor experience
Really poor experience. I ordered a pair of slippers as a Christmas gift but discovered they were two inches smaller than other slippers of the same size and couldn't possibly fit. I contacted customer service to advise of the fault and request an exchange for another pair, yet despite long and unnecessary communication, which included photos being sent of the clear sizing issue, the advisor would not cover the return shipping. Bizarre and absurd experience. Would not recommend.

Great website, awesome products, and their customer service is really unparalleled. Even during the busy holidays, customer service was on hand to resolve problems and take care of issues. Very good experience. Highly recommended!
Holiday shirt issue resolved quickly
There was a small issue with the shirt I ordered, I contacted CS and they immediately initiated a response and sent a replacement. Will order again from Foco!
If you don't live in the US
If you don't live in the US, don't order from here. I'm on the 3rd shipment for the same item to Canada and I don't know what's going on, but they can't seem to get it together and it never makes it past preparing shipment status. I legit ordered stuff from europe that came here within 1 1/2 weeks. Us to Canada shouldn't take 20+ days

I would rate the rate the FOCO customer a 29 out of 10. It was an A+ in professionalism, quickness in responding, and positive response in helping with my issue. What a total NIGHTMARE dealing with…
What a total NIGHTMARE dealing with FOCO on an order made for Christmas presents!
Ordered on 11-29-2024 six items.
On 12-2 I got an update that five of the items I ordered are on their way.on 12-3 I got another email update that my last item is on the way.
I received the single item from 12-3 on 12-5. I then looked to see where my main order of five items was and noticed it said that a shipping label was created and waiting for pick-up in which I emailed them about. They replied on 12-6 that they will be looking into it and on 12-9 they told me that after 3 business days it was probably lost or never picked up (basically they don't know) but they will be sending me the rest of my order EXCEPT now, they no longer have one of my items that I ordered. I picked a new, replacement item and they said they would send it out. They asked me again what I HAD received and I again told them the one item I got.
This all finalized on 12-10. I got notice it was being shipped 12-11.
On 12-13 I looked online at my order and noticed the shipment was now missing an item that was part of a set (only 4 items). I emailed to ask for clarification. I emailed on 12-14 as well as I hadn't received an answer. On 12-15 I received an email that the item that was part of the set too is no longer available and had to pick something that closely matched the bottoms.
In the meantime, I did receive a shipment but it was missing 3 of the 4 items. I only got the pants of the matching (now, closely matching) set on 12-16.
On 12-17 the 3 missing items showed up in an email saying they are being packed up and on their way. That was 4 days ago and it still says a label has been made and that's it.
Meanwhile, I finally received the replacement top and a duplicate of the very first item I received in the first place.
I am still down 3 items. What I received of my original order is a water bottle and pair of pants. I received a top that I had to have replaced because the label was created when they had the item but have no clue as to what happened. Two items from the original order plus another replacement item are now reliving the fate of the first set of 5 items. A friggin fiasco! Not worth it at all. Go to your team's official store to buy licensed items and do not go through this BS that I have is my advice!
UPDATE...
After emailing twice and not hearing back, I emailed again to be told that they no longer have the items in stock and they are refunding me. Got a refund notice BUT ONLY ONE ONE OF THEEE ITEMS.
These folks have lied and now stolen from me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROMM THEM!

I placed an order on December 5th for Christmas- I was sent a tracking number for fed ex, I waited and waited no movement on the tracking so I contacted them only to be told the item was on the way, a few days go by same thing no movement- I reach out again and this time filed with my credit card because the merchandise was not coming, only after all of this on December 19th they send an email saying they are issuing a refund because they don’t have any more. Pathetic that I had to keep chasing my merchandise even worse that they kept blowing it off instead of researching the problem in the first place.

I ordered my dad dodgers slippers that were unfortunately stolen from my porch. With the holidays being right around the corner, I was busy getting other things taken care of and wasn’t able to send an email until a couple days ago. FOCO was very helpful and persistent with helping find a solution. They were generous enough to understand my frustration and sent me the gift again along with next day shipping. I am very grateful for their kindness and will not hesitate to shop here again.

Do not buy FOCO lego sets!!!! Especially the NFL helmets and stadiums !! The pieces are so so small and almost impossible to build . Adults have to help and they struggle . They are so expensive and a total waste of money . Please beware .
